I think king David should answer this question:
Psalms 22::12-18
Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.
My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.
For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.
I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.
They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
If you can't see that he was talking about Jesus and the crucifixion you are the only one who I have ever told this to that doesn't...... Jim

just to me, it doesn't seem real. i mean i can understand the god idea but it just doesn't work for me. i used to think god existed until i read the bible. as soon as i read the tenth plague i was out. this being that is said to be all loving all caring. killed children who just had the misfortune to being born to an Egyptian. he could have just smacked the Pharaoh, but instead he kill kids and babies. i saw this all though the bible. i will give you a list of other story's i didn't like: gen 9:24-27, 19, 17, 22, 34, exo 20, lev 18:22, deu 21:18-22 these are just a few books of the bible, mainly the ones i know best.
also i don't like the idea that something else decides how I'm going to my live, and what is right and wrong. i also don't like the idea of if "you don't worship me i will smite you", or in new testament, "worship me or i wont let you into my kingdom." i think a god should get worshiped because hes good not because he has something to offer.
these are just a few of the problem i have with the god of the bible, i have many more

Because the whole Bible is attempting to explain the entire Universe with a dogmatic paradigm. This paradigm has a flat Earth that is the center of the Universe, and humans created out of dust by God's hand. We know that the Earth is round, and not the center of the universe, and we also know that humans did not come from dust, but evolved from earlier lifeforms.
Therefore, the entire Bible becomes hogwash in terms of scientific explanations. Not to mention the murder, genocide, rape, and hate within.
So the question comes to God. You cannot prove the existence of God; neither can I prove that God does not exist. Therefore, the entire question is not falsifiable, irrelevant, and I never even think of God. It's the same as the question of the existence of invisible flying elephants, or Santa Clause; you can't prove or disprove their existence, so it doesn't matter, and scientific skepticism lets us say that an idea is false until proven true, so we assume that the assumption of God is false.

I DO believe in him. I just don't worship him. Why? Because he has no power over me.
I am a German and Swedish cross. I am, therefore, an Asatruar. I feel badly for those like me, descended of the original Germanic tribes, but who have been denied their birthright - a relationship with the AlVater. I am not of jewish or middle eastern descent, so why should I worship one of their gods? I also never swore an oath to do so, nor did any of my ancestors, so why should I worship this foreign god?
He is NOT the "one 'true' god". There are many gods. The Havamal and the Voluspa - even the Eddas - make all of this quite clear. You choose the one you will swear loyalty to and that is the one you must answer to for eternity. Oathbreakers are right up there with murderers, and I'm not going to betray my Gods and my beloved ancestors because someone else with the same ancestry was deluded by middle eastern texts and ancient church treachery.
I will not deny your choice of gods. Do what you wish as long as you're not hurting another. I will not tell you hateful things to try to convert you. It's your choice who to worship. Just please extend the same respect to me.

I believe the Bible was written by men. I don't believe a supreme power would invent so many human rules, and I simply disagree with many of the judgments, prejudices, intolerances, attributed magical fictions, and opinions memorialized in the Bible. Therefore, I do not believe in the God of the Bible.

1) The concept just makes no sense.
2) I have not seen any indication or convincing evidence that he exists. ("Just look around you!" isn't evidence.)
3) No one has been able to explain to me why the God of the Bible is any more believable than Zeus, Allah, or any of the thousands of other gods that millions of other people worship.
4) I believe that the massive amount of horrible things that happen in the world -- war, disease, hunger, murder, terrorism, natural disasters -- is inconsistent with the idea of a loving, benevolent God who apparently cares about his creations. (The question "Why does God allow bad things to happen?" is as old as time itself, but it's a damn good one.)

because the bible is misinterpreted, explations omitted and the original interpretation of the kabbalh was distorted for understanding, also the bible is not the word of god but a synopsis of a bunch of letters writtin in code for fear of reprisals.
In other words the bible is a poor record of history and just a set of rules for social behavior that people use to gain obedience, respect, and fortune.

I believe the bible is a good book...has a lot of good morals...along with thousands of other books out there...every book has characters in it..although i do believe in a higher power and that these ppl in the bible did exsist, i do not believe that the god of the bible is the only god or that Christ is the only way to salvation...the god of the bible to me seems very cruel, unloving and a bit over dramatic...but thats just my opinion!!!

Many people think they believe, but they don't. To them, God is a composed of three Co-equal, co-eternal persons. The Bible, however, doesn't say that. The God of the Bible is named Jehovah. Those who believe in the trinity have elevated God's son, Jesus, to the position of God the Son or even God himself.
Believing such a falsehood, how can one "worship God with spirit and truth"? John 4:24

I believe in YHWH. And I believe in His begotton Son Yeshua.
Yeshua prayed to His Father YHWH.
Do a good word search throughout the entire scriptures using many concordences, and lexicons, (Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic).
You too will discover the same results I have.
And you will say also, that you believe in YWYH, and in His begotten Son Yeshua !!
Do not take anyones word for it, do the research, and you will come to know the Truth as well.
YWYH prophesied of Yeshua coming all throughout the Scriptures.
What calender does 97% of the known world go by today ? and has been going by for over 2,000 years ?
Get out your Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic Concordances and lexicons of the Holy Scriptures and Do the research for yourself.
This is all I can suggest to you all out there.

Well, as a matter of fact, I do find the god portrayed in the bible to be stupid, not to mention misogynistic, racist, sadistic and murderous.
But apart from that, I have found no evidence that leads me to conclude that any intangible, invisible entity of astronomical proportions is likely to exist.
