Or was Darwin right?

The brain is programmed to respond to crisis in various ways: it deals with injuries by cutting out pain on a short term basis and crisis by flooding the body with adrenalin. On this basis could not the brain be programmed to allow us to "enter" the death process calmly, even with joy?

It seems like the majority of jw's always get out of subject and context just like there teachings. Why can't they answer the question, instead they forget about the question and state something else. Can it be that they can not admit to the truth and try do drag you into a different subject. Is this the group they call the faithful and discreet slave? Would a faithful person admit to truth or disregard it? I think a biase person would disregard it? Please correct if i am wrong. "I guess everybody has questions" but you might get a better response if you post them.

Dr. Mehaboob was a Muslim. He was born in Bahawalpur in Pakistan. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal saviour while he was studying. He married a christian girl named Paulin about 17 years ago. His conversion and marriage created problems. They would have been killed by his relatives. But they escaped and lived in Peshawar for few years.

Dr. Mehaboob was approached by certain of the muslem community and commanded to convert back to Islam. When he refused, his eldest son was kidnapped and circumcised as a warning.

Muhammad (P) said:

-'Islam will become worn out like clothes are, until there will be no-one who knows what fasting, prayer, charity and rituals are. The Qur'ân will disappear in one night, and no Ayah will be left on earth. Some groups of old people will be left who will say, 'We heard our fathers saying La ilaha illa Allah, so we repeated it.'

-"The Hour will not come upon anyone who says, 'Allah, Allah'; it will only come upon the most evil of men."

-"The time is not far when the nations will gather around you from every side, just as diners gather around a dish." We said, "O Messenger of Allah! Will it be due to smallness of our numbers at that time?" He said, "You will be many on that day, but you will be rubbish (or foam) like the rubbish (or foam) of flood water. Respect will be dislodged from the hearts of your enemies, and flimsiness will be placed in your hearts." .....

Meaning, the innocent who die, their death would be reversed so as to live and continue their life before the interruption? I'm not talking about reincarnation! Say you get killed, then later you regain your life functions and continue living. This would be for the innocent victims of whatever.

The Bible has survived numerous people and civilizations who have tried to wipe it out, yet it has been read by more people than any other book. No one has been able to destroy the Bible. Yet people reject it. I don't understand that. Why do you reject God's word?

Simon Peter is mentioned by name some 195 times in the New Testament.

The next most often mentioned apostle is St. John, who is mentioned by name 29 times.

After St. John, the other apostles appear by name far less often.

No Bibles, Korans, Torahs, or any other religious books allowed. No "Because I can feel him in my heart I know he's there" either. Come on, you know how to use your heads!

P.S. I am not a definite believer or disbeliever.

And before you even think about it, any proselytizing by Christians or anybody else WILL BE REPORTED!! As well as if you tell me I'm worshipping the devil or am going hell.

Now, I am Wiccan. Most Wiccans I know are pacifists. I am not, far from it. I have a very hard time controlling my temper, and holding my tongue. When I get angry, it's explosive. I don't hit people, but that's not all there is to being a pacifist. So, sometimes I wonder, am I suited to this religion at all?

Do you get hateful of them for not being Muslims? Do you allow them religious freedom in your nation? Do you get jealous of them for making more money and having close ties with Europeans and Americans? How do you feel about the Christian Armenians who live in your countries?

For example, if I ask a simple question that normally has a complex answer, one like "Is there a god" people seem to think saying "Haven't you read the Bible, god is in the bible so yeah there is a god"

Why do people think that just because it's in the Bible, it's true?

To me the Bible is a fiction novel written (re-written I mean! Lolol) to create a social structure.. Anyway, opinions? Discuss.
