prophets are only messengers ...they are not able to come to you in your dreams...plus if you never seen him...how would you know it was him...if you read enough or hear enough about someone...even in your dreams you will have a discription of them. If you watch a movie late at night...chances are you will dream something about that movie, you can even dream of seeing people you never knew before...then see someone and think...where have i seen them before. If souls do wander when you are sleeping..then by some chance we will all meet.

I've never heard of a non-Muslim dreaming about Mohammed. But it would mean the same thing as all dreams; absolutely nothing.

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 73, Number 217
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "Name yourselves after me (by my name), but do not call yourselves by my Kuniya, and whoever sees me in a dream, he surely sees me, for Satan cannot impersonate me (appear in my figure). And whoever intentionally ascribes something to me falsely, he will surely take his place in the (Hell) Fire.

All Prophets are human, and they can not act by their own, unless it is commanded by The God Almighty. The lady who is claiming this event and if she is seriously sure. She must listen to her conscious and consult God. She may be blessed by God Almighty.

Sounds like you've been thinking about Islam too much. Personally, I prefer dreaming about Jesus. Did you know He has a Tenor voice?
