Interesting question. A ghost is simply a spirit, which all people have. Even God, in the Bible, is described as having a Holy Spirit. Do you mean satanic creatures? Or are you refering to souls who live on after the body is dead? Since both are mentioned in the Christian scriptures, as well as those of many other religions, I don't think you will be going to hell for believing that

What does the word "ghost" mean to you? I believe it is merely an old fashioned word for a spirit. The King James version of the Bible refers to God the Holy Spirit as the Holy Ghost. But if you mean a disembodied human spirit, I don't believe there are wandering disembodied spirits of men in the Earth. Once the spirit is released from the body, it gravitates to the place of it's attraction. If it is an unregenerate wicked human spirit, it descends into Hell (Hades/Sheol). If it is a born-again spirit it is escorted by angels into the Third Heaven. What is commonly referred to as ghosts in the experience of most people is almost invariably a manifestation of demons - apparently disembodied earth-bound spirits (not angels); origins unknown (various theories exist)

Ghosts are real, but I do not know if they are going to hell or not. There are some ghosts that are strong enough to appear. There are also others that are strong enough to move something in the physical world (this world) though they are in the spirit world. But, don't mind them. They can't harm you as long as you believe in God, because He protects you from them.

You do not go to hell for believing in ghosts. Jesus believed in ghosts - he drove many demons out of people during his ministry.
Conjuring spirits and summoning the dead are demonic practices though. That is a different story.

Yes I do. We use the smallest percentage of the brain matter that we're given - i suppose that it is possible that somewhIere locked within the mysteries of the human mind lies the ability to leave something like a psychic imprint. i do think that there can be residual negative energy in places where tragedy has occured. but i think that the engery neither being created nor destroyed theory applies more to us being worm food when we die. or being exhaled as a plume of smoke. our energy is dispersed into our enviroment.

I dont believe God will send you to hell for believing them, after all, part of himself is a ghost/spirit isnt it.?!

I believe in the supernatural and that there are many things we assume regardless of the real truth behind them. It would seem that one day we will know. Until then having a good life with it's rewards is just the beginning.
