I am not being flippant,I really would like to know.
I asked a previous question about who wrote the Bible. From the responses it seemed obvious that nobody knew for sure.
As the Bible is the basis of the Christian religion, why do you accept it without question when there is no way of verifying it?

If the stock market falls today,
the government will take over for 6 months,
Marshall law will come into effect.
The ID cards for the military,
get this is gold strip on the back,
the name of the card is Mark

. (If you know someone who is in the Government office
, or service, check it out for yourself).
So we have been under the Mark for some time.
The pre order for the Government when they take over,

Government Soldiers will be
looking for guns in the home,
look for teariest and will remove all Bibles
look for the occult (anyone who is born again)

Offer the card,
you can not buy or sale with out it.
Arrest or kill anyone who resist the card.
This is our Government now,,,

Our Government has already Made
thorough out the USA,
Prisons from Old Army Base's.
Just for this.

So,,
Look out for the CARD with the Gold,
because its the ONE that can
be planted into the skin without any problems.
Our Government has this figured out Already.

How SAFE do you really feel Now?

I'm thinking of sponsoring a boxing match - Jesus vs. Muhammed. Where are you going to put your money? I think this will be a lucrative venue.

Johavah Witnesses say they will not celebrate any holidays or be apart of any holiday gatherings. It is also said that Johavah Witnesses Live for God, and do no more then serve him and please him. But no where in the bible does it say any Specific dates on when Jesus Christ was born. The day of Easter was when Jesus rose again, so why not celebrate Easter, since it symbolizes Jesus, and him rising again and going home to our father. And no one really knows when jesus Christs bithday is because it never says. And if Jesus was born in the winter, they would have been in caves, and not out in the open. But Christmas is said to Celebrate Christs Birthday. Why do you think that it has Christs name in it. CHRISTmas. Halloween is said to be the holiday of the Satan, but every one dresses up to scare away evil spirts. So why not celebrate Halloween, because it is being celebrated on the behalf of Christ. I will keep on celebrating these 3 because they are for the Lord.

Whether it's big poofy robes, necklaces, special collars, or pointy hats every religion seems to have some kind of official dress code.
What's up with that?
Personally I think it seems kind of cultish.

i dont understand how can someone convert to any religion if he\she doesnt want . what you believe is in your heart ,how can anyone come into your heart and change it
do we really understand the meanings of beliefs ?
so when they say they force christians, muslims or anyone elso to believe otherwise ,i think it cant b true
lets say , someone pointed a gun at you to convert so you said ok ok ,i shall say what ever you want me to say . DOES THIS MAKE YOU true believer ??

in islam ,when makkens were torturing muslims to leave islam ,one of the companians of prophet muhammed had to say what they want him to say only to let him go ,so he went to prophet muhammed to tell him what to do , prophet muhammed told him ,if they torturted you again ,only tell them what they wanna hear as allah said in quran (106. Whoever disbelieved in Allâh after his belief, except him who is forced thereto and whose heart is at rest with Faith ) 16-106

mean he was never truly saved?

I asked a question about pedophilia not being mentioned as wrong in the Bible.

One answer stated "Does God have to tell someone of average intelligence that having sex with children is wrong? God gave us a brain he expects us to use it".

This means God didn't think it was common sense for me to assume murder was wrong? Or beastiality? Or stealing? He only assumed it was common sense to assume pedophilia is wrong?

Yet, that God had to teach me homophilia is wrong, menstruation is unclean and it's wrong to eat shell fish. Even to wear clothes of mixed fabric.

But he assumed pedophilia to be an abomination to be left to 'common sense'.

Seems kinda odd to me.

Pedophilia is an abomination to me. It doesn't seem to be an abomination to God. Sad.

No, no of course not. Don't be absurd.

And when an atheist questions Christianity, its not an attack on Christians either. Don't be absurd.

Of course, if I told you I believe in an invisible pink unicorn you'd call me absurd too wouldn't you?
