Strongly advise against trying that on your own, whole host of things can go wrong. What is your background in the magickal arts? Do you know how to cast wards, to cleanse a space, do you have a spirit guide or Household Gods? If your body isn't properly protected it might not be there for you to come back to. I'd really recommend you find a teacher to give you a good grounding in the basics before you try anything advanced. Blessed be.

there was a book printed several years ago called " traveling to another plane. " don't know if it is still available or not.
