Did god have a genetic research laboratory, in which he could produce humans without using any sperms or eggs, and a womb for the foetus to grow? and what could have been the age? were they born as 18 years old, so that they were sexually mature by birth?

If a person called the police information desk at a police station 12 times in a day, each time asking a real question. Then called 12 more times the next day, each time asking a real question. What would be the odds that this person would be arrested for phone harrassment. And keep in mind that each time this person calls, the same operator will be picking up the phone.

My husband and I have been attending a nearby Methodist Church for a few months now. I enjoy the sermon. However, the music is awful. It is against the faith to play more contemporary, upbeat music? I emailed the church to ask them if they ever did and got no reply.

All y'all talk about is "One man created everything". Do you really think that happened? Are y'all blind to the fact that science figured it out. Do y'all really want to spend the rest of y'alls lives believing in someone that could have possibly been made up? Seriously now, how can you "worship" someone you have never even met or seen? Y'all also ask questions like, "Do you think God was man or woman?" If you don't know and you have to guess, then why the hell would you believe in him? I believe there is no God, no Heaven, no Devil, and no Hell. You are your God, your personality and attitude and all that, is how you "create" yourself. If you live happy and comfortable that is your heaven. If you live bad, and not happy and are not comfortable, that is your hell. And as for the Devil, he is just some one that was made up to scare little kids. How do we know the Bible wasn't made up? It could have just been some people writing a book with things their way. It could all be made up!!!!

When someone is in the hospital almost ready to die, why is it that religious people are trying hang on for life, or hoping that their loved one will stay alive. They would rather be a vegetable than to die. Shouldnt religious people be the ones to realize that death is a part of life, and that the person needs to move on instead of suffering.

...because the Spirit of God comes? How does this differ from a self-reinforcing delusion? If I've convinced myself that the spirit of God has come, how can I tell the difference between delusion and the real thing?

There is a verse in Quran [65:4] that says: "if you divorce a woman who HAS NOT ATTAINED PUBERTY yet (monthly period), she can not marry anyone else for three months after you divorce her".

1- Does this mean that a Muslim man can marry a woman (child) who has not attained puberty yet?
2- Does this have anything to do with the story about prophet Muhammed who married 9-year old girl (Aisha)?

I haven't seen my college friend, "T", in about 5 years. We met and went shopping together this past weekend. When we were in a cafeteria, the server asked if she needed her meal to be kosher or not (but she didn't ask me).
My friend asked the lady why she offered her the meal, and she said "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you looked Jewish." My friend totally overreacted, and was really really insulted that this server thought she was Jewish (or "looked Jewish").
I just happen to have reddish hair and green eyes, and my friend has darker features.

She talked all the way home about how she was singled out by this server and I wasn't. She even talked about dyeing her hair blonde. Basically I gleaned that she equated someone calling you Jewish with "ugly" and "fat," "cross eyed", and other anti semitic garbage.

I never knew this side of her. I'm really shocked. She used to be a great friend, but I guess she has changed. Should I work on the friendship or stay away from her?

If you are allowed to go back in time, just before the crucifixion, and you are allowed to have some modern weapons like Machine gun, hand grenade etc.

You see some maniac peoples are humiliating and spitting on your Savior, you see roman soldiers are hitting him so brutally.

I mean if you are the witness of all that brutality and you have the power with you.

Will you?

1.Kill all those who are insulting and humiliating your Savior, and save your savior because you love him a lot?

2.You will become selfish and let them crucify your Savior because it is the only way of your salvation?

3.You will let them crucify your Savior because you know that it is plain stupid to think about a SUFFERING DYING ALMIGHTY GOD (or son of God)

4.You will let them crucify your Savior because you think it is a part of Gods plan, and you are also doing your part just like Juda did?

I mean will you save him? Yes? NO? Why?

Life isn't easy for anyone, not even for the own Christians, nor for the non-believers. Everybody goes through difficult times in their lives, or circumstances. The worst thing is blaming God. Everybody experience tragedies in there lives, it could be a loss of a family member, a natural catastrophe, a disease, anything, but Life depends on the WAY you PAINT it.

If you paint it pink, you are going to see everything pink. If you paint it gray, you are going to see it gray. You have to see everything like a challenge for your life, to grow up as a person, as an individual.

Tragedies can help you grow up in the emotional, mental, social, physical, spiritual aspects in your life. In EVERY Single THING, this things help you mature. You get more stronger. It isn't preferable to stay in a corner crying feeling sorry for yourself or blame God, when You and society have the fault. We have the fault for not controlling our emotionas, see everything from a positive perspective, and the n

I can understand where people think that Jesus would be against abortion.

However, Jesus spoke of free will, which involves us having the CHOICE of what to choose. Nowhere in the bible can I see where Jesus ever advocated FORCING people to not sin. He never advocated the idea of enforcing his beliefs through government and a police force.

Instead, didn't he reach out to people to try to get them to CHOOSE to do the right thing, but didn't force people to?

Even the story of the moneychangers in the temple doesn't apply here. He might have expressed his anger and overturned tables, but the story ends with him leaving the temple and the moneychangers stay. Surely he had the power to stop them if he wanted to, but didn't. He let them choose.

So I ask you, wouldn't Christ actually be BOTH Anti-abortion, but also Pro-Choice (free will means that you can choose)?

I realize that many people won't think this through and just get angry, but I'm hoping the someone intelligent will reply

The best thing is to let Christianity die a ntural death. Oct 14 1941

Christanity had reached the peak of absurdity
