I love science but I am also a spiritual person. To me the two are not conflicting ideas. The big bang happened (actually several, possibly). All matter that makes up the universe was sent hurtling into space and cooled forming atoms, which formed molecules, which started to collect via gravitational pull, which turned into pebbles, then rocks, then asteroids, then planets which were then pulled into regular orbit by a star (Sol, in our solar system). The ingredients of life are energy, carbon (though silicone has shown the ability to form extremely complex compounds as well) and water. It has been thoeorized that massive global storms produced enough lightning (electricity) to "shock" molecules spontaneously into carbon and nitrogen compounds similar to rudimentary DNA. These compounds grew in complexity, and with energy and water available, began to replicate themselves. I am not familiar with any theories as to how or why. Evolution had begun and not long after ( in a universal sense of time) life began, and I think everyone knows the basics of Darwinism.
My point about being spiritual is that no one knows what was happening before the big bang, what the laws of physics were at that time and place, whenever and wherever it was. If God does exist (which I personally believe, but my own version that makes sense to me), then He is said to be perfect and therefore, whatever He does is perfect because perfection necessarily breeds only perfection. Is it not possible that He was the catalyst of the big bang and everything fell into the condition we now observe it to be, not exactly as a plan but rather the execution of a perfect creation?

You can make up any answer you want and it will be as "right" as any other answer. Because God is a man-made concept; a creation formed by ones mind. God is not a FACT. It is a BELIEF. And you can believe anything you want.
Tell me, how many angels can dance on the head of a pin??
Try EVOLUTION, as that is a proven FACT and is not some fantasy of your mind.

God (capital G for he is the only God) could have used all those things and thousands more if He had wanted to, but the way He did it is through the dust of the earth, and He breathed life into him (Adam). Eve was formed from Adam's rib. This is God we're talking about. He didn't even have to breathe the breath of life in if He hadn't wanted to - He could have simply spoken us into existance as He did the sun, stars and light - and everything else. You can read all about it in Genesis.

Well, first he created a mannequin out of dust bunnies... then he performed CPR on it.., or so the Wholly Babble tells us. The end result must have been very much like Pinnochio, I think.
Oh... wait a minute... I forgot... that's one of the myths, superstitions, fairy tales and fantastical delusions of a tribe of ignorant Bronze Age fishermen and wandering goat herders. The FACT is that humans are descended from a primate species... a precursor to both humans and modern apes... that existed around 30 - to - 40 million years ago.

God is God, he can speak and breath life. Read Genesis, it tells how he made the first humans. Don't be left in ignorance, God is better than us that is why He is God. He is the creator we are the creations.

Why would be a better question than how. If I were God. The monkeys would have been enough to entertain me...
