Life isn't easy for anyone, not even for the own Christians, nor for the non-believers. Everybody goes through difficult times in their lives, or circumstances. The worst thing is blaming God. Everybody experience tragedies in there lives, it could be a loss of a family member, a natural catastrophe, a disease, anything, but Life depends on the WAY you PAINT it.

If you paint it pink, you are going to see everything pink. If you paint it gray, you are going to see it gray. You have to see everything like a challenge for your life, to grow up as a person, as an individual.

Tragedies can help you grow up in the emotional, mental, social, physical, spiritual aspects in your life. In EVERY Single THING, this things help you mature. You get more stronger. It isn't preferable to stay in a corner crying feeling sorry for yourself or blame God, when You and society have the fault. We have the fault for not controlling our emotionas, see everything from a positive perspective, and the n

, and the negative as an experience and opportunity for GROWTH. What doesnt kill you makes you a stronger being.

I have gone through difficult times, depressions. People wanting to manipulate me, humiliate me, make me suffer. Also there have been enemies trying to destroy my family in the past by using us and deceiving us, but that has helped us grow as people. I am not the same as before when I was young. I learned to give importance to myself.

Is better to be stronger, brave and confront Life. God allowed this to happen in my life to test me as a person, not to make me suffer. He wants to see how do I control this situation, with what temperament I deal with this problem? Am I going to cry? Am I going to kill myself? Am I going to hate myself and others? Am I going to ask "Why Me"? Why God let this happen?

None of this is going to solve anything. You are going to stay in the same corner. Change that mentality that everything is God fault. God put us in this earth, we are responsible for the rest. Life depends on the way you see it. Millions of tragedies can occur in your life, but if you have a positive attitude and you see this as a test for your personal growth. NOTHING is going to ruin your life unless you let it.

because i believe we are not teaching ourselves, nor our children, to Be Strong People. to be able to handle any and every situation, whether it be good or bad, in a Positive fashion. and partly because human nature is wanting to do the best for your kids..which turns into spoiling..which turns into punishments.... and the cycle goes on. its the children who strive to achieve things for themselves, and to be and do Good regardless what others say, regardless of the praise or the taunts; those are the ones who have Strong Spirit, Heart, Motivation, Drive. thru the madness, we can achieve peace. not because we Deserve it w/o working for it, but because we understand working for it is Worth something, regardless of the outcome.

C.S. Lewis has a quote in "Mere Christianity" that i feel is worth discussion..... "seeking truth may bring you comfort; but seeking comfort will not bring u truth nor happiness, and lead you to despair". something like that...... i completely agree, esp after all these things i've been recently learning (Romans 5-8 being one of them). the truth, constantly seeking what is Good, Right, Positive, Healthy, Happy, will lead you to something...but wallowing in despair, seeking temporary relief, will only lead u to a false sense of reality. and when reality, or Truth, hits you, it hurts so bad that u can't help but blame anyone else, because you haven't been working on making yourself a stronger person. good luck to Everyone to lead a happy, successful, positive life... that way, no matter what negative things occur, you WILL be able to handle it. :)

Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. That's a tragedy..but the suffering was for a greater good, our salvation. I believe the trials of life are there for a greater purpose...we just don't see that at the time. That's where trust and faith come in. I also think God does understand when we are mad at him....because we are human. But as humans we do need to learn, mature and grow and you can't do that by being shielded from everything (and that's even if you don't believe in God).

By the way, God does always answers our prayers...it just may not be in the way WE wanted them answered. Can you imagine how society would be like if we all prayed and God answered everything the way WE wanted? It would be chaos.

I want say everyone blames God for their tragedies, but we all will suffer tragedies and we just have to look at it this way, THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON, some may learn something from it, some may not. But we all have problems that we deal with each and every day we live. Some people may go through different problems but if their haven't been no rain in your life, then perhaps you need to wait awhile. Everyone life is going to have rain in it.

Because they believe that when two or more of them are gathered and pray God should come down and help them, or at least send an angel that has nothing better to do than sing at the moment . And, it never happens, they get no help in a divine way. Why do they think so? Well... because like you and so many others, they believe that what the bible says is true. Besides if god isn't going to help you, what is he good for? A ticket to heaven? What makes you think that, if he doesn't come down and help, like he and his son promised in the "all true" bible, that heaven is waiting for you as detailed in the same bible?
If someone promised you kisses when you asked for them, but denied you each time you asked, why would you think they'd take you to kissy-kissyland at the end of the day like they promised to do as well? Hello????????

I didn't really read all that, but absolutely. I don't even believe in God, so wouldn't blame him anyway, but I do believe, whatever your religion, the meaning of life is to learn and you learn from all kinds of experiences. There are some things you can only learn from the negative. And the negative doesn't mean there isn't still positive in your life. That is something I have learned through many years of trying to understand all the negative.

I don't think we should ever attribute anything in our lives to God (if you believe in him). Be glad he gives you the general resources and venue for living your life, but take responsibility for all your actions - good or bad. I would think he wouldn't want your praise, he would want your action and positive influence. [But, hey, I'm just a non-believer.]

The buck stop there. God's failure to interevene in the case of natural disasters, or large-scale inhumanity like the Holocaust, is something that he can be blamed for. Feeble excuses about Free Will will not do. If a child is about to hurt himself or otjhers, a caring parent intervenes, even though the parent wants the child to develop independence.

CAUSE NO ONE ACTUALLY WANT TO PUT ANY BLAME ON THEMSELF... so they blame something they cannot see or even know exsists to make temselves feel better about their short commings. If everyone could take responsibility for their own actions everything would be better...not everyone blames only god...a lot of people blame society for a lot of things.. inparticularly..poor people and gang members.. they want to blame everyone esld for them not wanting to work or buying guns and crack and killing eachother...i didnt grow up with money, but i have never been on wefare...always had a job... its called motivation

No-one really blames a god for tragedies - gods don't exist in reality - but they do like to make the point that tragedies are inconsistent with the existence of a loving god.

i think of it somewhat is with the help of the fact we don't comprehend precisely what that first sin did to mankind. previously the 1st sin the international became into in team spirit. each little thing became into accurately. there became into no dying, no discomfort, and apparently there became into no concern (even the animals had no concern of guy). whilst guy sinned, although, we grew to enhance into spiritually separated from God which required a savior to come again and supply us a highway returned to communion with God. additionally, devil then had dominion over the international. he's named the prince of this international. Adam became into instructed you will now might desire to paintings the floor by skill of the sweat of your brow. Eve became into instructed you will now have discomfort in childbirth. (i've got self belief this might point out that Adam and Eve might have had infants previously their sin yet who knows). existence grew to enhance into tough and a complicated chore because of the fact devil is the prince of this international and sees to it that ailment happens. Sees to it that kinfolk are murdered. Sees to it that youthful infants accidently drown in swimming pools. Many have self belief that God reasons discomfort in our lives. no longer something must be added from the certainty. whilst Jesus arrived on the abode of Lazarus He observed the emotional suffering of people who enjoyed Lazarus and scripture says "Jesus wept" in John financial disaster 11 around verse 35. God is saddened whilst tragedy strikes because of the fact He knows our discomfort and because He knows how pointless it somewhat is had we no longer separated ourselves from Him. He desires to entice us close. to guard and convenience us bodily. this is why Christians can anticipate no longer in basic terms an intimate religious reunion with God upon our deaths yet in addition freedom from the actual pains we would desire to undergo on the palms of devil. If all of us ought to come to a real information of God, sin, and devil i think of we would not blame God whilst devil works his will on earth.
