i've noticed how the U.S. news media always says "Islamic terrorists" and stuff, making it sound like terrorism is a part of Islam, which is not!

how many of you honestly know about Islam, more than just what the media says?

i know there are people that go to anti-Islamic sites to "learn" about Islam... which is totally unreliable and wrong. its like saying Nazis teaching u about Jews.

how many of you know about Islam, excluding what the news & anti-Islamic websites say?

Islam is not like anything negative u think of. its not good to be ignorant (not saying u r); knowledge is a blessing... so i encourage u to learn what this religion teaches.

What ever feels good do it!
If it makes you happy!
Do what your heart tells you!

This is very sad to me that we live in a feel good in the moment time. With little to no regard for who it hurts or effects in the process. Rather we realize it or not every choice we make is infact effecting someone else. What is soooooooo terribly wrong with doing the RIGHT and JUST thing, instead of just what pleases us. I am just curious, im not all worked up about it or anything, just dont understand it.

Maybe those of you who believe in Satan project the truth about the discovery of a material world divided by a primal conflict between predator and prey into your imaginations as the myth about the mystery of a spiritual world divided by a conflict between a good one in Heaven and an evil one cast down to and ruling over Earth? Does it seem some times like Satan rules the Earth; because we live in a body consuming biosphere divided by a primal conflict between predator and prey; because to the many of our global culture successful predators have traditionally portrayed sacrificed prey as being 'evil' and the out come of the game of survival and sacrifice as 'the will of a good one in Heaven'?

I believe in Mother God, an infinite divine eternal one and that Satan only exists in the minds of those who choose to have low esteem of self and world.

I know Scientologists often recommend vitamins and exercise to treat anxiety and depression, but what about herbs like Kava, St. John's Wort and Valerian? They are certainly not psychiatric drugs, which I know the Church opposes, but I haven't been able to specifically find a Scientology position on herbal supplements.

i've seen many of the religion pple here are arguing to each other believe & some even scold or insult others for questioning their believe...

i am just wondering, is God or your religion teaches you to fight back or argue back to others when there is a different thinking of each person believe?

don't you think that the religious teaching is wanted everyone in the world to live in peace & harmony?

i have been watching ministries on tv and have been finding a lot of people proclaiming to be my personal prophet, yet when they quote a scripture from the bible it seem to be redirected for their personal use. i thank God i read for myself the scriptures and ask him for understanding, but it is as if wolves in lambs clothing they are tricking the people out there and if you dont know the lord for yourself you will be pulled into it. they are going out the way using celebrities, saying that we must ray to the god inside of us instead of a God we don't see. how ludicris is this. that is saying we are miniature gods right?

we as Christians are supposed to show the love of Christ, not slander others. i saw 1 question that really wasn't a question, it called us as Christians retards. when i read the answers to that statement i was more hurt by them then i was the statment. grow up brothers and sisters live the life God called us to live. i was prepared for the attack because Jesus said they will persucute you because they persucuted me, but the responses were unnessecary and ungodly. You give us a bad rap when you do that. live the life of Christ because Christian means "Little Christ" did you know that? would you please take a step back and look at how you respond to those who may not known Him and also those who we can call brothers and sisters?

Bible says if it were possable even the very elect would be decieved, someone told me, that we are decieved today because one of the commandments are to remember the sabbath, but that we have been decieved by thinking now the sabbath is on Sunday. Will we go to hell for breaking this commandment, because we have been decieved?

So what are we doing about it. Soon Satan and his angels will arrive on this planet proclaiming Him self the 'Christ. We know he is the false Christ because we studyed it for many years. His reign on the planet is only 5 months. Then Our Lord Jesus Christ arrives to clense the planet of the tares. It is time to make amends with God if you have not already done so,><>

Corinthians 2:14

The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Does this verse remind you of the story of the Emperor who had no clothes? The Emperor was so convinced that walking around naked was the height of fashion that no one in his kingdom could convince him otherwise, and so he set about parading himself before the masses. Likewise those who dress themselves up in things that are supposed to come from the Spirit of God are so convinced that doing so is the height of fashion that no one can convince them otherwise and they set about parading themselves before the masses?

Why do people still believe in evolution, when Darwin himself did not believe the theory to be true? And there is no evidence for it anyways.......
I'm sure there are alot of reasons why people believe it, but I was just wondering

One of the things I don't understand about Buddhism is how there can be no belief in a soul yet still be a belief in reincarnation. Can anyone explain how this works? Unfortunately my research into Buddhism has not gone deep enough for me to answer this question for myself. Links to further information on this would be appreciated and thanks for your answers in advance.
