Was a few years ago when some big wig in the Catholic church said if Jesus were alive today, he would be a communist. He got into major trouble for that but I can't remember who it was.??

Every answer I see in these forums by Christians is deragatory and mean-spirited. They will usually end with remarks like "Oh but if you weren't a sinner" or "Maybe you should read the Bible next time" People are just asking questions. Why do Christians have to be like the Pharisees and judge others?

Hell is a place of physical agony, mental suffering, loneliness and emotional sorrow. Yeshua described it as a place where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth.(Jude 6; Matt 8:12; Matt 13:42, 50; Matt 25:30;)

And please don't just say something like, "God is the truth and the way and the life". I just REALLY want to know how Christains explain this in a rational manner. Even telling me it's some kind of trick is more rational than telling me God will guide me. That doesn't answer anything.

It's like bleeding inside but you can't even shed a single tear. If only we can cry and then feel better afterwards but no, we just have to keep it all inside.

When the writer of revelations said not to add to the book was he talking about the Bible or the book of revelations? Remember that Revelations was written as a seperate book and there was no Bible back then.

Most Muslims say that terrorists don't represent real Islam. They say that terrorists just misunderstand and misinterpret Islamic teachings. I would understand this if there was 1 or 2 or even 5 terrorist attacks, but there seem to be too many terrorist attacks everywhere: USA, Russia, India, Israel, UK, Spain, Egypt, Saudi, Iraq, Indonesia, and everywhere else.

Is it possible that ALL those attacks are carried out by people who misunderstand Islam? Are all Muslims sure there is nothing WRONG in Islamic teachings themselves? I understand that one or two or few persons could misunderstand, but not those many groups!

Why do so many Christians warn atheists of blasphemy when atheists know that blasphemy is a victimless crime? (Or sin, whatever you want to call it)

I'm not surprised some here specifically ask for Christians only to read! We just happen not to want a point of view from disrespectful jerks or non-believers! Can you blame us for that- to want to protect our religion and wanting only real answers? What's wrong with wanting that? It seems like destructive people are more free than Christians! That's a bit wrong... I just think it's sad that we can't respect each other or at least argue in a mature and rational way. The day that we accept and respect each other will be a miraculous one- yes, MIRACULOUS. Sorry to say to the non-believers, but that's simply what it'll be. So, for those who are completely against God and such, why not just avoid it if you despise it so much? Why continue being involved in it if it's something that revolts you or whatever? Please... and thank you for reading and only respectful answers for once, or people who agree with my words! Thank you!

Throughout my lifetime I have known and been in contact with several self-proclaimed born-agains. These same individuals have also been through rehab for drugs, alcohol, and other addictions. Do you think that religion is their new addiction? They seem to be so overboard with trying to force their new found beliefs down your throat. I find it too preachy and rude.
