God the Father is on His throne all the time.
Whenever we see God working in the Bible, it is usually Jesus. He didn't have a name in the Old Testament, but it is still Jesus.
God walking in the garden with Adam and Eve....is the preincarnate Jesus.
God creating the heavens and the earth.....is the preincarnate Jesus.
God giving the 10 commandments and showing himself to Moses ...is Jesus.
John 1:18 (NKJV)
No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
When we see God working in the Bible...it is Jesus ... and Jesus will do work in the future. He is working to prepare us a place and He will judge.
The Holy Spirit is the Comforter and teacher. It is what helps us know Jesus better. The Holy Spirit opens our eyes to the truth.

God the Father appointed the Son to sit in judgement. Why? Because Christ lived a perfect and sinless life here and was judged by men to die for blasphemy. So God Father, to show Christs basis for claiming equality with God, made him the judge of all mankind.

I assume that:
1) You believe in the Trinity concept, that the Father, Son and Holy Ghost are one and yet are different and are explained to us as differing on functional lines. Father God, as the seat of glory & loving, all knowing and omnipotent; Holy Spirit as the worker of miracles sending power into the world and knowledge to believers to accomplish God's work and the Son, who is the sacrifice and interceeds for believers.
2) You believe the state of man is sinfull and it is impossible for a holy God to live with him. God says in the law that there is not forgiveness of sins without the shedding of blood.
3) Only a perfect man could die to pay the price for the sins of another. All men are evil. This is a problem.
4) Jesus, -this is important- of his OWN FREE WILL, willingly sacrificed himself so that we would have the OPTION of being saved.
Conclusion, bcause of this sacrifice and because of Jesus obedience to God his name was, after his death, exalted to "the highest place" and his name became the "name above all names" because his sacrifice was so great.

This idea of Judgment is a fantasy.
Jesus would never judge someone. Remember; judge not lest ye be judged.
Are you saying that Jesus is a hypocrite, who says one thing then does another?
Silly little idea that these people have about judgment, is it not.
Think about what it is that you are saying.
Just because someone tells you this stuff is true doesn’t mean that it is.
God is unconditionally loving. Unconditional means no conditions.
Where is your faith? It should be in God not in the ranting of ill-informed preachers.
Love and blessings

The Father and The holy Ghost each have their job in this world. They are fulfilling their mission just as Christ must do.. it was Christ who suffered for you. It was he who died for you. It is him to say if he feels that you his blood spils on or not. If you don't live his way under his light than you will not receive his blood and a repentance of you sins.

The Father is in the Son and the Son is in the Father. Jesus is still becoming like the Father in all things. He died for our sins therefore he should be the one the judge us. I really doesn't matter anyway which one does it, it will be the same judgement because they are one in mind and purpose.

They (Jesus, God, Holy Spirit) 3 in 1 and 1 in the same. Christ is appointed to Judge because He was the sacrafice (Lamb without Blemish) that died for our sins.....therefore the "One without sin" is appointed to judge.

There is no credible evidence to prove the existence of any of the beings you mentioned in your question, just as there is no proof that anyone has been "appointed to judge the world."
