He "loves" everyone, but will send gay people and atheists to hell!

I know this question is a little bit over the top, but in some weird way it could make sense.

Non-believers fully know that this life is all they have, therefor their main purpose is to make this current life, this world a better place to live on.

The main purpose of life for a believer is to win a place in Heaven. They live for the after-life.

Everybody has a right to believe all they want, but wouldn't it be more fair to let this planet run by the people who really care for only this planet. Then the believers can have the full right to decide on whatever will happen in heaven.

Fair, and everybody will be finally happy, right?

If you wanna leave me an angry answer, by all means be my guest. I'm fully aware of the absurdity of this question, but i wanted to see your imput on an absurd idea.

How can it be said that Lucifer is Satan when Lucifer is identified in the narrative, but not with a rebel angel. It is explicitly stated: "Take up this proverb2 against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased!" (vs. 4). (The preceding chapter is a prophecy against Babylon itself, but now the prophecy is directed against the king of Babylon).

Some questions require answering:
Is Satan really accompanied by the noise of viols (sound of harps, R.S.V.)? (vs.11).
Is Satan to be covered by worms in the grave (vs. 11) or is he not rather to be cast into the lake of fire? (Rev. 20:10).
Why is Satan desirous of a place "in the sides of the north"? (vs. 13).
If Satan is a rebel angel, why is he called "the man"? (vs. 16).
What land has Satan possessed, the destruction of which merits him dishonourable burial? (vs. 20).

if god created us, and something cannot coem from nothing, and god is something, then who created god?

This has been documented to have happened across the country. So if this happened to you, how would you raise your kid? Would you try and force it to be heterosexual? Would you have an abortion? Would you love it and raise it no matter what?

some time ago i was in a field ,on my own and just for a second I felt love as something went passed me ..just like your in love (like the frist 3 week when your geting to now some one ) just a good feeling ..very cool

Does anyone else miss Stevie Ray Vaughn, and wish him well in the afterlife? I'm not asking for people to pray for his soul, but I think we all need another holiday, and from what I've seen in the last twenty years, he's by far the most honest public person I've heard. Can I get a witness?

I saw this used as evidence as proof of the trinity, I would like to examine it further. John 8:58 ". . . Before Abraham was, I am."

Christ's reference to Abraham is to affirm his (Christ's) pre-eminence, not pre-existence. The Jews had claimed that Abraham was their father (vs. 39) and so Christ establishes his pre-eminence in the divine purpose by stating that before Abraham was, "I am". He did not say "before Abraham was, I was" as it is frequently misread. But the Jews, like modern-day trinitarians, misunderstood Jesus. He was not claiming to be literally older in years than Abraham. This is indicated by his prior remark: "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad." (vs. 56). Abraham, to whom the gospel was preached (Gal. 3:8), "saw" the day of Christ through the eye of faith. Christ was "foreordained before the foundation of the world, but manifest in these last times". (1 Peter 1:20). He was foreordained in the divine purpose.

Think about a lonely, abused, love-deprived child who needs a steady home. A gay couple who are devout christians, loving, and stable decides to adopt said child. Why wouldn't this be acceptable? Intelligent people elaborate you answers.

Here is an excellent link showing not only the reality of evolution, but it should finally put to rest any and ALL arguments about Macroevolution not being observable or observed. Paleontologists and Biologists have known for a very long time that Macro evolution does indeed occur but there have been no simple method of explaining this to the general public.
Thankfully now, there is.
Please click on the link (not to worry it's not porn, or a joke or a virus site, it's a Yahoo news site) and read, really read and understand that Evolution is not only real, it is happening all around us. It usually takes MUCH longer but these finches seem to be in a big hurry to be able to access a new food source.
