The most Christians?- U.S. Makes sense as the U.S. is the third most populace country in the world. China and India are 1 & 2 and you know its not them.
Only Catholics are another country. I think it might be Italy.

Christian by name or action? I'm sure there is a lot in the US but I think probably more percentage by action in Australia and New Zealand. They still teach Bible as everyday public school curriculum.

I think Mexico. I don't actually have any numbers to back that up, but I know that catholicism is pretty strong there, and there's a fairly large poplulation.
