I'm going through some tough times in life with trying to live a Christ centered life and resist temptations. We all have our problems and I think it's up to us to ask before we get an answer. If you want help, leave your problems and first name her and I'll pray for you... Please pray for me too. God bless all of you!

Those who are seeking to find God and Jesus Christ, search your heart. Read God's Word for guidance and He will direct your path. Just trust, have faith, and believe in Him. Who else feels the same way?

I would like to know what the beliefs are of a Morman? I would also like to know what the differences are between a baptist and a Morman. I would just like to have a better understanding of what their basic beliefs are. I have observed a Morman and he seems to have a different upbringing that is very intresting.

I'm sorry. I'm just an atheist so I'm a little slow when it comes to "faith" and I need this spelled out.

I am an intelligent person. I think for myself, I question authority when appropriate. I accept that the expertise of scientists who have studied their field surpasses my own on the subject, just as I trust the same with the knowledge gained by those who have studied history, english, math, the arts, law, and medicine is greater than my own. I study and learn what I can about the world.

I am spiritual. I attend church once a week, I have read the Bible, I strive to be the best Christian I can, living by the morals I have garnered for myself with the help of the Holy Spirit, as well as the teachings from the Bible and the Chruch.

How can I exist? I see the argument that those with faith are blind, are unintelligent, uninformed. I see the argument that those who trust science must be turning their back on their faith in God.

How do you explain my existence, as well as the many, many, many intelligent, faithful people in this world?

I have seen answers for months now that claim that people couln't possibly be born gay because babies are innocent and have no "sexuality" at all... yet those same people insist that we are all born sinners... Does that make sense to anybody?

Jesus gave his disciples the power to forgive sins on Easter Sunday. He conferred the power by breathing on the Apostles. Jesus gives the disciples the authority to forgive and NOT TO FORGIVE. This means a priest has to hear the sins in order to know whether to forgive them or hold them bound. Catholics always confess their sins to God. We do it directly and through His ministers. In James 5:13-16 James makes clear that the sins of the sick are forgiven in the sacrament of anointing. He specifies that the priests must be called. Did you know this?

You believe that all those who have heard the message of christ and have refused to except him as their saviour will go to hell
Then you should also know millions of people have died in the B.C. era
Some of those were Greeks, Romans, believers of Hinduism, Jews e.t.c.
(I have come to know that you refuse the theory of Karma and Transmigration Of Souls)
So what will happen to them

it's based on the crises that is happening.. economical (inequality), political (wars), environment (global warming) crises also individual crises (increasing Depression, Divorce, etc).
characterised by an individual approach to spiritual exploration. and some form of traditional healing like herbs, aromatheraphy, meditation, yoga, energy, crystal healing. the keyword that more people gaining more consciousness and awareness.

and also something about prophecy 2012.. Mayan Calender stated the world ends in 2012. and also proof from geologist about earth's movement or something.. also astronomer stated something happen in the outer galaxy at 2012. but it's not the end. it's a new revolution.. of the new age..

I base my life around the BIBLE. I want to see real proof that GOD does not exist. The bible has been proven by Christians and non-christians. There are more recorded 2000 findings that peope saw Jesus after he rose from the dead. The big bang theory is just that, a theory. I just want to know that the BIBLE that I base my life around is 100% truth.

It is so excrutiatingly obvious to me, today, that religion is fantasy, that I can hardly think of a thought provoking question for believers. How about this...just quit it! Get serious and wake up! No, no more f-ing around, you have to pull your own weight intellectually now, so open a biology book and get started! What would Jesus go to college for?

Evolution is a progression of incremental improvements. From a common ancestor, different ethnic groups within Homo sapiens have adapted to different environments, through skin and eye color, etc. In the new global environment we have created, surely you must consider one relatively homogeneous group within our heterogeneous species to have a net survival and reproductive advantage over the others. Which one do you think is more evolved?

"If Evolution is true, science has a big problem. How could man ever evolve by mutations (mistakes) in the first place, since that process would have made everyone's children deformed? the mere fact that people can produce offspring that are NOT largely deformed is a testimony to creation, not Evolution." And the HYPOTHESIS of Evolution has much bigger problems than that.

now before you answer this questin, please go to this site and just look at what they have to say...... no matter what you believe these facts should just help you right?? even if you think i am entirely stupid, then by reading what is on this site you should be able to prove me wrong/right if what you believe is true.

Why do we go to Confession? Could'nt we just ask God to forgive us? And why do we have to tell a priest? Help!

Where does this idea come from? I know God; I have a relationship with Him. I have even witnessed proof enough for me that He exists. Why do so many people say that our faith is "blind"?

I ask this in honest curiosity; I am not being rhetorical.

And does this mean that the outside is really just a creation of our own mind. Which would mean we have complete control over what we experience in the outside world.

In my former questions some people pretended that their religion is the only right one and that all others are wrong, which means that even those who have no chance to get in contact with it are condemned.

I wonder if there is a psychological explanation to this, and whether somebody can indicate me professional literature on the subject. Thanx.
