I just asked four or five questions as a Born again Christian. How annoying. How sick it makes me just to ask.

The mentality of this is the only way to heaven, the only way to know God, it just makes me sick to my stomach.

There are many ways to know God. Many. Only someone who has been brainwashed or drugged would say their way is the only way. How sad. I just feel dirty after telling someone they would go to hell if they didn't conform to my believe. I thought it would be funny and a joke, but honestly, I feel cheapened.

several months ago there was people selling kiddie porn in yahoo chat. some angry parents found out and sued, the user rooms were taken off. However Yahoo Chat tried to get the user rooms back. Guess which user room came back first? Born again christian rooms. I have a feeling that these people had something to do with the kiddie porn, and Yahoo doesnt care.

One of the things that Christians say to try and persuade others to join is the Bible, and that God made the world. They say that God made the world and it wasn't evolution.

There proof of this . . . .

WHAT EVIDENCE OF EVOLUTION.

So in the spirit of this exercise, of attempting to be a born again Christian, I have to ask those who aren't Christian, what evidence of evolution.

Of course there is a logical fallacy here that yes there are some christians who believe in evolution, and of course not all non christians are evolutionists, but again,

this is an exercise, an attempt at seeing the world through the eyes of a born again christian, this is from what i can tell i would be like if i was a born again christian

I have been divorced for nearly a year from my husband. He was physically abusive, he was sleeping around on me, and was constantly drunk. My pastor agreed that these were grounds for a divorce and that I was not sinning. He also discussed remarriage. I am only 25 and have two little kids.

A few months ago I began dating. I have met a WONDERFUL man and he is meshing well with my family. He is also divorced, he wife was sleeping around on him. He is 35.

We have talked about marriage, but we are working together to make sure that this is the best for both of us. We are very passionate towards each other, we love each other very much. Is it a sin to have sex out of marriage if you are getting RE-married? I was a virgin with my husband, but I am not sure what the rules are once your divorced. My body aches for his touch. It is really hard to not have sex once you've started. Any wisdom? Thank you so much. God Bless you all!

(I'm sorry, I find this to be absolute bull sh*t, but people who believe the Bible is the word of God claim this . . . so in the spirit of the me and Ludd trying to be born again christians, I just thought this would be something that I would bring up, since christians do. I stopped watching so much TV and started looking at the world and everything around me. I realized that if you even just acknowledge the trees in your neighborhood or ones you might see on your daily routes & routines, you'd begin to see them grow. They seem so slow and no one really pays attention. They indeed communicate amongst each other too! My God is in everything and uses any and every bit of earth and life to get your attention. But nobody seems to care enough to pay attention. I do. Whatever you do, he goes through too like a carbon copy. When you get sad about things, he knows why. When you feel all alone you make him sad, because he's always been there for you & I. You just might want to acknowledge him more or pay a little more attention. Ask and it shall be answered... That's what I did, that's what I do all the time. And I really try everyday to do to others as I'd like done to me. Anyways, God is my best friend, other than him I have none, not even in my family.

One of my professors in College gave us the definition of what was a "christian" religion then spelled out for us what was "christian" and was was not. He say by definition Mormon teachings were not Christian in basis, yet I see more and more Mormons in my area just referring to themselves as Christians? Someone help me out, what is the difference?

The JW recieve their direction from The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society headquarted in New York. This organization claims to be the channel of communication from God to His people, that it represents Jesus on earth, and that you cannot find scriptural guidance outside of this organization. Here are some quotes:

Ok when slavery was still ok and slave owners had slave, these slave owners were also religious, maybe christians. When they died i doubt they repented for having slaves or treating their slaves the way they did. So did the slave owners go to heaven?
