Isn't worship reserved for God?

Jewish people were the chosen people of god. Before Jesus no one else was allowed into heaven. After his Crucifixion anyone who was his follower, or believed in him was now allowed in. Jewish people don't consider Jesus as the Messiah, simply a great prophet and are still waiting for their Messiah. That's why they only use the old testament. The same one as the Christians. However, because Christians believe that Jesus was the Messiah they use the old and new testaments. Since they originate from the same place, Christians should not consider Jews lesser, or greater then them when it comes to god and his people. They are equal when it comes to being holy.

Worship belongs only to God. As far as the Jewish people, I, as a Christian, love them dearly, they are God's Chosen ones. They are holy if they are following the path of Jesus Christ and keeping the commandments of God. That is not just Jewish, but any believer in Christ. Jewish doesn't make you holy, if you reject being chosen, you are rejecting being holy.

I can't believe this. Christianity is named for Christ, whether he was Jewish or not is unimportant. It his beliefs and ideal that formed the religion. It's bad enough that ALL religious factions, sects, denominations, whatever they are, worship the wrong thing. THEY ALL WORSHIP FALSE IDOLS - MONEY!!!
What can one expect of such a creature as humans. They want to be righteous, but they do their best to evade and hide from it. It's hard to walk in the LIGHT! it's so bright they get blinded by the tithe and automatically chase the idol that's easier to get. MONEY, the root of all evil. The first deadly sin is AVARICE => A Passion for acquiring or hoarding riches. (GREED). So man was told, yet people say it's not a sin to be GREEDY?

According to the Christian mythology, Jesus was the manifestation of the long-awaited Jewish "Messiah".

Thus, if you accept that he was the "messiah" you are a Christian. If you do not - you remain Jewish - then you have denied Jesus's status as that "messiah" and you're still waiting for one.

Within this mythology - Jews are offensive to Christians for denying the holiness of their icon - Jesus - as Messiah.

The answer to your question would be - no.

Jesus is a Jewish only by geographical location. Obviously Jesus is the Christ, the Messiah. This will make him a Christian belief.

Christians regard them as people of the book. Their holy book the Torah is essentially the Old Testament which is the first part of the Christian Bible. However, this does not mean that they should be worshiped or revered as holy.

Christianity is Judaism with an Afterword at the end of the book. Christians believe all the same stuff as Jews, but Jews don't believe Christ was the son of God and therfor not our Savior.

Jews still haven't seen Jesus as God's Son, so, no, it's like saying we should worship men because Jesus was a man. We don't discriminate against Jews, but we DON'T WORSHIP THEM.

I notice by your answer to the "wanna be" terrorist, that you also are a muslim. Why would you ask a question like this? People were murdered in the street for a political cartoon of Allah with rockets on his turban, yet you all think it is okay to make fun of, or revile our God. Most Americans don't ever say anything about Allah if you notice.
