I am really interested in other peoples "freaky" experiences with the dead or with ghosts.

One time when i was younger and having a slumber party he were playing the game Shakspear (when you call on the spirit of William Shakespear and he moves things in the room) and as we were playing the radio turned on by its self, ther was noone anywhere around the radio we all freaked out and i went and unplugged the radio and it would not shut off ther was no batterys in it or anything we had to completely distroy it to shut it off it was crazy i definetly belive in the paranormal.

...sounds like he has an ego issue. Did you ever think for a second that it sounds a lot like what royalty used to expect of their peasants? Or for that matter, what the Bishops expected of their flock?
"Help! I'm being repressed! ...Come see the violence inheirant in the system!"

...without ever trying to convert, or feeling secretly that the other person is somehow deficient for not being of the same faith as you?

They keep using this as "proof" against evolution, but I've never heard of this before.

God has to listen to some music. I'd go freaking insane if all I ever heard was angels playing the damn harp and trumpits. I'd have to turn on the sterio and listen to some Offspring or else I'd just might lose it and go destroy a building with a tornato.

Aren't some atheists becoming as dogmatic as the religious fanatics? Doesn't it seem ironic?

The creation story actually contridict itself in the first 2 chapters. The book of Gen is filled with an angry god that takes credit for everything . The following books concerning the law show god to be obsessed with menstrul flows and forskins along with brutal whipping and death sentences. God says he is changleless but "repents" twice . Repent means to turn around to change - so much for changeless. God apparently enters a deal in Judges 11 where the cannonites get slaughtered and in return the guy burns his daughter alive. The whole book centers on one family Israel and makes it plain at times no one else matters a damm. Hell doesn't exist as we know it until the Greeks introduce it to the Jews and then jesus intriduces it to us - The gospels contridict each other and jesus says it's okay to won people - He called a black woman a dog and Paul who wrote 70% of the bible is somtimes a Jew and somtimes a Christian . God changes personality all the time.

Ubuntu is based on the idea that I am because we are. It also means that I can not be if there are no other people to acknowledge my beingness. This sounds like an externally motivate system which works on the basis on an exteranal reward system of the carrot and stick model.

I SAY HELL YES.
For those people, even some atheists, who say 'well, to each there own. blah blah, why should you care what they think', I say, why should they be allowed to brainwash people into a nonsensical mythology? Sitting back and watching it happen is immoral. It's the same reason why I wouldn't sit back while someone was trying to convert people to Fascism.

If god exist(which he doesn't) he probably has more respect for atheists for not playing a selfish better safe then sorry game with his existence. I always hear christians say "If im wrong, I have nothing to lose". Yea right. What if you're pissing god off for playing a selfish game with his existence and he sends you to hell for it. Atleast atheist aren't just trying to get over on god. If god exist(which he doesn't), he's smart enough to know that you're only say ing you believe out of fear. I wouldn't want anyone to believe in me because of fear. That's not true belief. It's a game. Being the fact that god deny's his own creation, he probably can relate to atheists better anyway.

Since there is, quite literally, hundreds of thousands of peer-reviewed evidence and proof for evolution. There is however, only one outdated book of bronze-age jewish mythology supporting creationism.
I'll address the common lies told by creationists to get the ball rolling;
1-"There are no transitional fossils. " One of the biggest lies told by creationists. There are THOUSANDS of transitional fossils. Here are some good sites that demonstrate this fact;
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/faq-transitional.html

2- "Evolution is only a theory" A true statement that is twisted by creationists to make it look like even though it's a theory, it's not true. Read what THEORY means in science please;
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/evolution-fact.html

3-"macroevolution has never been observed" again, a lie. Here is the link;
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/comdesc/

So, please, educate yourselves about what you know nothing before you answer ok? Thanks.
