Especially is school, I know the whole seperation if church and state applies but it also feels like bordering on mild religious persecuiton when atheists try to get their way. What about my constitutional rights to freedom of speech and religion. I personally have no desire to hear about the big bang and evolution because that is not what I believe but i have to listen to it all the time. Also people always talk about religious nuts foricng God on people what about the guy that is such a nut job atheist that he tried to have in God we trust removed from money and the Pledge of Allegiance changed. I believe everyone has the right to there religious beliefs or lack thereof.

you ask or answer on this site a question and you receive some really far out answers, for your religion/faith incorrect answers or blatently rude answers from people who claim to be the same relgion or faith as you are? I am not talking about opinions to questions, rather info on basic beliefs of said religion/faith.

What say you on the subject?

The Bible says that "as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he."

If thinking about it makes you an adulterer, shouldn't we ban those people from getting married?

Suppose there are intelligent beings elsewhere in the universe. What if they need a messiah to save their souls from eternal damnation? Since God sent his Son to Earth of redeem human souls, would He not send his Son to redeem the souls of other intelligent beings?

The universe is very very big, so there may be a million worlds inhabited by intelligent beings. Would the Son of God live a life and endure death by torture a million times, in order to save all the souls in the universe? Would the Son of God visit each inhabited world sequentially, or would it be possible for the Son of God to visit various worlds simultaneously? Maybe the Son of God has brothers or He can clone Himself?

There is far more evidence in the Bible that adulterers and divorced people shouldn't get married than there is for banning gay marriage. Why aren't religious people trying to ban the others?

Where is the "Once saved, always saved" crowd when the topic of Ouija boards comes up? Logically, if their position is correct, Ouija boards can't possibly lead to any harm.

Or how about a little basic psychology. If you tell teens and pre-teens that the Ouija board is a gateway to dark and mysterious forces, that might not quelch the interest in them, but actually increase it.

And no, insane asylums are not full of people who went mad from using Ouija boards. Most people in insane asylums are there either because of genetic predisposition to mental illness or brain damage du to accident or drug abuse.

It's a silly game. Even the name Ouija isn't some dark and mysterious name. It's just the French and the German words for "yes" crammed together. It's not demonic, it's a humbug, a fraud, a game.
