Yes, God is God no matter what you call him (or her) or how you choose to worship.
I wish everyone understood this!

I think it matters if we call 'God' by different names. The names we use identify how the person perceives 'God'. A simple example of this distinction is found between Jews and Christians. Although both religions use the word "God" to define their deity, each sees that deity in a very different way. Krishna, Ra, Yahweh, Jesus are all identities worshipped as a supreme deity. And there are millions of people who recognize an 'almighty creator', but not one described in either the Old or the New Testament.

Buddha, Allah and any others that you want to use would be incorrect. If you are speaking of the God who created Adam and Eve and everything that you see every day than God is the only option. None of the other gods mentioned throughout the world have the power that my God does. My God has awesome abilities. He is three persons in one and he died and then rose from the dead. If you can prove to me that in some other god's scripture that he rose from the dead then we will talk.

Absoutely, Allah (swt), there is no one equal to him and he has no sons, daughters, etc... There is only one God...
The concept of the Great Spirit is not present in Islam, and since God has no equal, Jesus being the son of God is considered to be incorrect.
Buddha, (polytheistic religion)...
Therefore by calling God by different names is not correct... If you refer to God as the one and only then than He is considered Allah (swt).

Generally I think it may be fine to use different words to get your message across. God, the creator, the almighty, etc. But Buddha is not a god for the record, he was an enlightened man (and not of satan tallthino......lol).

Well, their is plenty of names we can call God. Though, only one of the names you listed is appropriate. Other names could be: Lord, Jesus, Father, etc... These are all names found in The Holy Bible, the most reliable source for names of God and His beloved servants.

Whatever name you want to call God changes nothing - God is God. The critically important thing to remember is that no matter what you call God.... we can never reach Him unless we go through the spotless lamb of God who was slain before the foundation of the world. Only Jesus can bridge the gap of our sin to allow us to commune with God. Call God what you will but we CANNOT ever reach Him without Christ! Only one way to God - faith in Emanuel!
