If you've heard that Jesus Christ died for the world and that He's given you the gift of eternal life if you will only surrender to Him....then why would someone not want it?.....seriously He's given us the greatest gift ever.....He died for all our sins.....and Loves us!!!!......if ppl only knew the truth.....What do you think?

if they understood word one of the bible they would not follow religion
they have always been the first to criticize others not of their faith.
they put jesus above god.

I know they ignore the changes in the world. god is changing the world and they are fighting it.

God is not so stupid as to let the world go to hell in a hand basket for 2000 years unless he has been fighting something. and what he is fighting is christianity.

their bible says satan shall rule for a thousand years, christianity have been ruling for a thousand years.

I'm just wondering...I am not being disrespectful or unkind about any person, religion, or culture. I had never thought about it till the other week when someone said we are all God's children.
If jesus is God's child, why is he special? Why aren't we all equal?

I am apalled by some of the answers and questions, don't people fear God, I would not want to be in their shoes, and I pray for them to find the real meaning of life, because its not a joke, God is our only protection from satan and we should be thankful everyday for Jesus dying for our sins, everytime someone sins, how hurtful do you think that is to Jesus, who was nailed to that cross and whose blood ran for our sins in place of us?

Ok, my neice is still alive and well, but I keep dreaming of her drowning-I'm not sure if its a lake, ocean or what. its but not a pool.
I've had dreams about people and death since the night before my father died, when I was six. And I don't mean every once in a while-
these dreams come monthly.

On top of that, her apartment number is 222. Is there some sort of curse on us? I didn't start seeing 1:11, and 11:11 all the time until she said something about seeing 3 two's at least once a day (besides on her apartment door)

My boyfriend & i have began to plan our wedding. We have a serious problem concerning the ceremony. I'm atheist, he was raised Christian but is seriously beginning to doubt the existance of god (we met in an atheist chat room). The problem is that i want no mention of god, no prayer, no religious undertones etc in the ceremony. He became very upset, his family are strong Christians & he felt that it would be a huge insult to them & disrespectful. He suggested that we comprimise. How the heck do you comprimise in this situation? Mention god and say a prayer in one half of the ceremony, and not in the other, that makes absolutely no sense. My beliefs would still be disregarded. I care deeply about his family, but this is OUR wedding. I'm not willing to cheat myself to please his family. If it was actually HIM that honesly wanted the prayer and mention of God, i'd be ok with that But he flat out said, "I just don't want to catch grief from my family". What do i do?

Here in my area of Michigan Mosque are being built at the rate of three to four a year. ( There are 500,000 Arabs in my area ) They are beautiful to look at but the people who go there really are different. For example, The women are all covered up and the men look like Osama Bin Laden. They tell me their goal is to turn the USA into an Islamic nation sometime in the next 20 to 30 years. They plan on taking over by the vote and not by violence. They tell me it's a peaceful religion and we will all fall in love with Allah if given a chance. They said Islam is the way and Christianity is a false religion. What do you think?

Will the Presbyterian Church gain or lose members now that they allow this feminist liturgy?

Church looks at gender-inclusive Trinity
By Richard N. Ostling

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.

The divine Trinity — "Father, Son and Holy Spirit" — could also be known as "Mother, Child and Womb" or "Rock, Redeemer, Friend" at some Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) services under an action Monday by the church's national assembly.
Delegates to the meeting voted to "receive" a policy paper on gender-inclusive language for the Trinity, a step short of approving it. That means church officials can propose experimental liturgies with alternative phrasings for the Trinity, but congregations won't be required to use them.
"This does not alter the church's theological position, but provides an educational resource to enhance the spiritual life of our membership," legislative committee chairwoman Nancy Olthoff, a lay member from Iowa, said during Monday's debate on the Trinity.

I mean, why the cross? Thousands of people have been crucified other than Jesus and the Bible never says that the symbol of Christianity should be a torture device. I think perhaps the symbol of Christianity should be the way true Christians behave - like Jesus Christ himself.

then he should be the dominent deity? And shouldn't he be considered a deity because he is considered the major opposing force to God? If he is not equal to God, why can't god just destroy him so that this world would spend more time worshipping ? Isn't that what god ultimately wants? to be worshipped?

Why do the ignorant keep refering to Allah as someone or something different from their God? He's the same damn thing! Allah is Arabic for God!! He's the same God you worship for whatever your religion is! Why are you people sooo stupid!?!? Like Jahova and God are the same thing, but nobody seems to make that mistake!
