Christians respond with dismay and disbelief to any fact that is given in the Bible upon which all four Gospels do not agree, but the only point upon which all 4 Gospels agree is the "Jesus rode a donkey".
They never see that 3 Gospels report that Simon, and not Jesus, bore the cross that identified "Jesus King of the Jews", so they do not accept that the one remaining Gospel that reported that Jesus bore his cross may have done so because that witness was unable to identify Jesus, just as the Jews could not and had to rely on Judas to kiss him for an identification,and because all 3 crosses bore the same inscription of Jesus King of the Jews and that the Gospels are also saying that Jesus was not the name of the Christ and that Christ bore no cross.
They do not see that no Gospel mentions 2 thieves for the crucifixion before all arrive at Golgotha, which is the collective way to say that the Romans tricked the Jews into believing that only one man, alias Jesus, was to be crucified.

I know this guy who is a christian, he was happily married with two kids, when suddenly he reveals he is a transvestite and leaves his wife and kids, he is now undergoing all sorts of treatments to become a woman, hormones and breast implants etc.

He still goes to his church every sunday but Dressed up as a lady!

Personally I find this a difficult situation to deal with....If homosexuality is a sin, and he's walking around with his dragqueen gear in church isn't he in a way mocking God or the church?

"If ye love me keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father and He shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever. Even the Spirit of Truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him; but ye shall know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you"
(John, 14: 15-17 & 26).

In this passage from John, Jesus promises another consoler: the Spirit of Truth, which the world did not yet know because it was not sufficiently mature to be able to understand. This is the consoler sent by the Father to teach mankind all things and to call to mind all that Christ had said. Therefore, if this Spirit of Truth was to come at a later date to teach these additional matters, then it was because Christ had not told everything.

I have been dealing with homosexuality basically most of my adult life, and the thing that gets me is when some people who are not that way say that homsexuals choose to be that way. My question is to those people, do you think that a person would just get up one day and say to himself, I'm going to be gay? Just as some straight people can not see being with the same sex, they just do not think that way.

Now if it were left up to me I would have said let me be a straight man.

I do not know why some people are and some are not, nor do I know if it is a illness or an curse.

what I do know is that is is sad sometimes and I wish that it was not that way, I believe that some of us are sad to
ourselves, as if no one understands what we are going through.

It is up to God to set those of us free who wants to be free from homosexuality. I could go on and on but it is making me a little sad just typing these few words.

To me it is a constant battle that I hope to win.

Why can't science and Christianity go hand-in-hand? Just because the Bible doesn't always make sense, does that mean that the whole thing, and it's ideas, can not be true? Why do atheists try so hard to rebel that they end up as ignorant as the Christians they criticized? Why can't all religions be considered pretty much the same having the same basic beliefs -- because they have different names? Why can't connections be made between common beliefs in the religions? Why can't the different names of religions represent slight differences in beliefs, or how one worships, instead of big ones?

Clearly these passages stated that Elias was reincarnated and came back as John the Baptist.

It's common Knowledge that Ishmael and Isaac was the 1st two sons of Abraham. In the Bible God tells Abraham 'to take his ONLY son Isaac....'. But we know that Isaac was never the ONLY son of Abraham. God acknowledge Ishmael as Abraham's son and God made Ishmael part of His covenent(he was circumsised). God also PROMISED Abraham that he will create a powerfull nation from Ishmael.
Hagar was Abraham's wife even if she was a slave.

So why, according to christianity, wasn't it Ishmael that was the one on the altar, to be 'sacrificed'? This is where I agree with islam, God would never have called Isaac Abraham's ONLY son!
If the Bible said 'Take your son' Isaac...' then it would make sense.

Oh and what nations came out of Abraham's other sons, which he had by Ketura, his third wife?

I am definately sure that there are. Why are they not getting any Media attention like the Islamic terrorist?

Look at that! They shouldn't be allowed to read our scripture; then they'll just criticize it! And of course, they're taking everything out of context. Just because a bible verse says that God touched Jacob's sin stick does not actually mean that God did such a thing. They just have to go and misinterpret all of the truths in the bible, don't they? When we're all getting raped by God in heaven, we'll see who gets the last laugh!

Why are Arab terrorist called 'Islamic terrorist' or 'Muslim extremist?
