Maybe the question is spiritual...maybe it is about finding comfort in being candid with each other about intimate things without you knowing who I am. Maybe it is human nature to want to hide....what do you think?

I have a picture, but I prefer privacy. I don't really want a load of strangers seeing what I look like. I do show my pic but only after I had a chat with the person in IM. Plus I've seen some people's pics have been copied and someone has started impersonating them and making them look bad. I prefer the mystery anyway makes u wonder what that person looks like.

everyone has a pic, no one puts it on for the following reasons:-
- afraid others will know who's the dumb one in the lot
- privacy, my a**
- they don't know how to
- they just plain ugly
i'm with number 1... If i screw up an answer, no one will know who i am.
