The reason why im asking because im tired of the church telling negative things about homosexuals. Just like like this preacher man who criticize me that God didnt created us but satan. So i askd him if god told him that in person and he said no, Its in the bible. Then i asked him do you belive all thats written in the bible r true? he said yes. When i askd him about genesis, If human starts from adam and eve then how come there lots of races..as we all know if both parents are white or black or let say adam is black and eve is white, it is impossible that the kid is chinese looking. Then he said its about story of Babel that god separate the people to diffrent places then climate and foods change the look. I told him that spaniard settled in philippines for over 400 years but descendants didnt turn into asian looking. Then another preacher said why dnt u just leave it as it is.Just have faith in God. so i said im trying hard to be with god but you church people are not welcoming us.

I am a non-believer to preface. However, I do have a question and I'd like to see if any of you have an opinion about it.

I have believed that the reason that monkeys still exist today, is because evolution is a constant. The same reason we have one-celled organisms still. But if that is the case, why aren't there neanderthals and homo erectus roaming around? Could these guys be the "Big Foot" monsters witnessed around the world?

Hebrews are the chosen people of God, old testement.

Only way to get into heaven is through Jesus, new testement.

Only way to be a Christian is to believe in the Only way to get into heaven is through Jesus.

So Christians are they saying there God renigged on the deal with the Jews? And God just suddenly right after 70CE when the temple fell and they needed to win some recruits and distinguish themselves from Jews that all of a sudden God became anti semitic?

What would it have been like to know the real Jesus, not the whitewashed ethnocentric anti-semite Jesus version from 1611CE

This is not literal. Jeremiah was not talking about a drunk. He simply meant that man got things all screwed up.

Here are some in favor of that verse: (a) we have polluted everything: earth, and our minds; (b) everything we create for our own good results in bad ( TVs, cars, etc)

What do you think?

I believe the Bible says there are two Arks, one in heaven and one here on earth. It's like two copies of a contract between two parties (God and man). Does that make sense? BTW, I still don't think the Ark here on earth has been found, and there were ancient trails that the high priests used to go from Jerusalem to the "Rocks of the Wild Goats" - 1 Sam. 24: 1,2, also know as Ein-gedi Springs Hill, Israel, by the Dead Sea. Many artifacts are found by the Dead Sea, including the Dead Sea Scrolls....it's a pattern. Between 1976 and 1982, using Resistivity and Seismograph and scientists from the Colorado School of Mines a large void, 20 X 300 feet has been found on the Ein-gedi Springs Hill. It's probably the Cave of David where he hid 300 men inside from Saul. Currently, there isn't any cave anywhere near that large over there. And remember, David was a man of God..... do you think God approves of you doing it on the internet?
I've been curious about this and want to know how many think that the internet has made your crusade better, or if you think it's just made it easier for the lazy.

It seems that it is preached that when we get our final "reward" in heaven that it will be to praise and bow down before God for eternity, why is that such a reward. It just seems a bit arrogant to me.

but then every time you turn around are condeming someone for their beliefs? For example, the town I live in has a church, with many followers I might add that actually have speakers come and tell everyone how "evil the mormons are" giving out brochures against us, videos, etc. I do not attend church as I should but I can tell you that I can NEVER, EVER remember anyone standing up saying "watch out for those baptist, catholic, atheist, etc," I do not, nor will I ever knock anyone for what they do or do not believe and if you feel like sharing your beliefs with me rather it be by handing me a pamphlet as I'm walking out of the grocery store or sharing your testimony with me on my front porch then so be it. I'm sure everyone has their reasons for trying to convert. Isn't their a scripture about saving just one soul or something? Like I said I don't get to church much, sorry. But, don't put people down or judge them for what they believe. Judge not lest ye be judged. something like that.

The Bible says that the soul is MORTAL. The soul has blood, it can die, and it can be counted. (Jeremiah 2:34; Acts 27:37; Ezekiel 18:4) Numerous reference materials like the Lion's Conscise Bible Enclopedia says that the word soul means nothing but us physical humans.

On the other hand, Plato--the famous Greek and Pagan philosopher--says that the soul is immortal.

So, which would you believe and why?
