My answer has two parts. First, Jesus is very compassionate towards the poor, therefore if I lived in a border community I would give water, food, clothes to migrants, but encourage them to obey the laws. See Romans 13 (NKJV):
1Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves....
5Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. 6This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. 7Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

Well, Jehoshua(jesus) taught love, Right? That was like the whole meaning of his teachings. It was all based on Love, which, in the time he was born people obviosly did not know to much about it, I mean, that was the time of cruel torture and gladiators and blood sports... Anyway, I think he would welcome them with open arms.Is it not obvious? I mean, WE came to this country and destroyed the Natives americans. The "illigal immigrants" are not destroying anything. They are simply looking for a better life.THEY are HELPING our economy. They pick all the crops for practically nothing yet it is better than what they have in Mexico cuz here they have food and shelter and can send their kids to school so that they can have a better and more productive life.

Personally I think Jesus would wonder why on earth people would want to move to the States. He would probably tell the Illegals to try it the honest way and tell everyone else to mind their own business. And, richbro, I'm sorry, I'm too lazy today to look up Scripture. Maybe I'll catch one of your questions on a non lazy day.

The scripture teaches to obey the laws of the land. If anybody is doing anything illegal then they are out of the will of God. However, if the illegal immigrants can come into this great land of ours legally, then good for them for going about it the right way.

The Bible states that in the end times there will be a one world government and one world religion that the anti christ will use to rule the world. This prophecy is coming true today. Listen to our government officials, they are always using the phrase, "Globalization" , "One World" it is even on our dollar bills. The nafta and cafta agreements are all a part of this. The patriot act is part of it. Our govenment wants to open up the borders and in order to do this they must come up with a new way to monitor people coming and going. This is where the patriot act comes in, they are coming up with ways to monitor people and the main way that will come in the future for all people will be the veri chip. The Bible does not want the whole world to unite. That is what happened in Babylonian times, and God confused the language and sent everyone in different directions. When all the people unite, they think they no longer need God, because they are greater in masses. That is the one folly of mankind, to think he is so smart and powerful that he is God.
About the illegal immigrants, we should love our neighbors better by helping their government help themselves. Why should we take on the care of the mexican people? Why don't the Mexican govenment take care of their own. All this money we are sending to these countries, should be used to get them on their feet and provide for themselves, the old saying, "Give a man a fish, feed him for a day, Teach a man to fish, he feeds himself for life. Improve their own countries, with better houseing, sewer systems, businesses, trade, education. Why does the United States have to be a baby sitter for other countries. The people in these other countries need to take a stand and build up their own countries, instead of coming here taking from us. If they want to come here and learn fine. But go back home and improve their own nations. We have people here in our own country that are starving and hurting, but we do nothing for them. We are so worried about starving people in other nations, but what about our country, we are being sold out by our own govenment. One of these days you will wake up and this will no longer be the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Be ware!

Jesus' country when he was alive was occupied by the Romans who were interlopers and foreign to the young Jesus and he saw them as immigrants and usurpers. I have absolutely no doubt that he existed but I believe he was put to death for sedition against the Roman authorities and it has nothing whatever to do with divinity, God or religion. Refer to the Dead Sea scrolls. Jules, lecturer. Australia.

Jesus would keep the illegal immigrants in his house. "God is love" He has mercy on those who are suffering. Arent immagrants usually trying to make a better life for themselves? then Jesus would allow them to stay at his house...
and just to stir up the folks, he would marry one of the girls so they could become legal. Then have a child with it and make a hollywood movie.all fiction of course..haha jk about the last part.

He would say, "Blessed is the peace maker for he is the true child of God;" and that, "In my father's house there are many mansions, I go to prepare a place for you!" Jesus would tell and show the government that, "THE EARTH IS THE LORD'S, AND THE FULLNESS THEREOF, THE WORLD, AND THEY THAT DWELL THEREIN."
He would instruct the immigrants, "that where ever their feet may tread that they shall possess the land."

He shall preach ' Freedom of Residence'. The whole Earth belongs to the Creator. Imposing border restrictions is a cruel, man-made law.
