The reason why im asking because im tired of the church telling negative things about homosexuals. Just like like this preacher man who criticize me that God didnt created us but satan. So i askd him if god told him that in person and he said no, Its in the bible. Then i asked him do you belive all thats written in the bible r true? he said yes. When i askd him about genesis, If human starts from adam and eve then how come there lots of races..as we all know if both parents are white or black or let say adam is black and eve is white, it is impossible that the kid is chinese looking. Then he said its about story of Babel that god separate the people to diffrent places then climate and foods change the look. I told him that spaniard settled in philippines for over 400 years but descendants didnt turn into asian looking. Then another preacher said why dnt u just leave it as it is.Just have faith in God. so i said im trying hard to be with god but you church people are not welcoming us.

well, who says you need to belong to their little group to believe in god? once upon a time, there was a guy named jesus. and he was a pretty cool guy. he did lots of cool stuff, and hoped to teach ppl to be good to each other. then he died, and a bunch of ppl (who were NOT jesus) made up a bunch of rules if you wanted to hang out with their group. well, screw that. jesus taught his followers to love all, even your enemies, and to always turn the other cheek when someone has done something "wrong". well, the church apparently has decided that they can judge others and decide who gets to hang out. i'm guessing jesus wouldnt be real happy about that. i seem to remember reading something about "let him who is without sin throw the first stone".

the bible wasnt written down for the first time until several hundred years after jesus died, and the first thing the bible teaches is that man has flaws. well, i have a hard time believing that flawed humans could tell stories for hundreds of years without writing them down, and the stories never changed from their original versions. so, its a pretty safe guess that the bible isnt exactly word for word historically literal. i mean, its believed that god is so far beyond us that we can hardly fathom his greatness, so how can anyone believe that when he spoke to his people, they got everything he said right? no way.

its too bad that most religious ppl use the bible to try and exclude free thinkers like you and I. but they're not all bad. dont take it too seriously. we only get one shot at life, lets have a good time.

Sweety there is a lot of anger in you and I am sorry that you can't find your niche in this world of religion.(I'm not too keen on the whole Bible is the truth thing either. It was written by humans and changed by humans to suite their needs, it contains the word of God but is not the authority)
But I assure you there are churches that allow homosexuals into their fold as easily as these uptight narrow minded churches don't.
I'm not condoning homosexuality, it's against the natural law, how can a male and male or female and female produce an offspring? The whole point of sex is to procreate, otherwise it's just about sex and has no point.
And if you look carefully you will find that region and climate has an effect on the peoples. And 400 years is a drop in a very big bucket for evolution to change one ethnicity into another, and I bet the descendants of the Spanish who occupied the Philippines do look a little different if only through assimilation of the culture.
I have no church, there is none in my aria that welcomes my personal beliefs so I contemplate my faith on my own, sharing it with anyone who'll listen. God is with me all the time, of this I am certain! "He's not in a house of wood and stone but in the hearts of His people." Define your faith to yourself search your heart, what do you believe? Then believe that with your whole being and God will be with you always.

There are lots of "quotes" in the bible.

One rarely used is about people using the scripture:
(Paraphrasing as I don't have the scripture handy)

"What about people preatching and praying on the corner of the street. The must have great reward in heaven?"
Jesus repies: "They had their reward."

There is also a lot about debt. I know a lot of christian banks but no bank says to you after 7 years: "You know what, it's been 7 years. The rest of your debt.... lets just tear it up and start from scratch."

Did you read the part about how and what you should eat? Almost impossible to do and if you like your mac or Kentucky scratch the almost.

Best I love the new testament: "This woman has..." They are going to stone her. Jezus picks up a stone and says: "He who is without sin casts the first stone."

Point being: If you want somthing to throw at somebody you can always find something in the bible that makes somebody 'wrong'.

Jezus teaches, there is nobody that has a right to throw, judge anybody.

Then why is it in the bible? Damned if I know. Maybe just so you know everybody is doomed anyway... but I believe the contrary.

If you are openly gay you have the comunity against you, not God nor Jesus. Sad to say you are almost what the jews were in WWII. The scapegoats. I could tell you not to worry about it but it is troubling to say the least.

I hope you find a community (church) that welcomes you.

just ignore what preachers say, man! i mean, i'm in the exact same situation. i am a bi-sexual living on a small island community where everyone is a strict christian orthodox. before i came out of the closet, every one was so sweet and loving and they all loved me. but afterwards, when i came out clean, they all start saying things like "r u a satanist?" or "u shouldn't be going to church. ur polluting it with ur antichristianic ways." Now tell me this: wasn't God pretty clear when he said "Love ur fellow man"? if they were true believers and followers of the Lord, shouldn't they accept and love me unconditionally, like a parent, like a sibling?

all's i'm saying is, we live in a world where a good majority are hypocrits and don't actually believe what they say they do. just ignore them. unless ur a believer, too. then u'll have to accept them no matter how they treat u. that IS the christian thing to do.

best of luck, and dont' sweat it, my man!

God never says in the Bible that he did not create homosexuals. He does say that He would never make us be sinners. that's a decision that we make. He does say in countless places that Homosexuals, adulterers, cheaters, thieves, witches and many that partake in different sins, gained't bypass to heaven. He loves all His advent, yet those who prepare sinful existence with out repenting gained't enter the dominion of Heaven. He, as He instructions all Christians, loves the sinner, yet hates the sin. this can no longer be the reply you've been searching for, yet i can not sugar coat what God's be conscious says. in case you're gay, He loves you, yet no longer what you do. he will settle for you into His Kingdom in case you're repentant, similar to he will settle for a repentant assassin, adulterer, thief or all people else. advantages.

I think that people should be left alone, and it should be LEFT TO GOD TO JUDGE, NOT TO PEOPLE.
I am a Catholic, heterosexual, married, only know 1 gay couple. (women)
I am not into gay love scenes, but am not into pornography among men and women either.
If Jesus were here today, he would love you the same as he loved the prostitutes when everyone wanted to stone them. If we are all such big Christians, why can't we support our savior's teachings,as in "Don't judge, not to be judged" instead putting down everyone that is different than us.
As for you, find a religion where it is O.K. to be gay, and believe that Jesus loves you just the way you are.

God said that man will not lay with mankind as they lay with women. The sins of the flesh is what drives homosexuals into that disusting way of life. God calls it an abomination which means discusting. HE did not make homosexuals that is a sinful choice man makes. And yes God told me in person. He talks to me every day.
You are to rid yourself of these sinful lifestyles such as homosexual, and conform to how God wants us to live. You cannot bring your sinful ways into the house of the Lord. The sin of homosexuality is not welcome in the House of the Lord. The day churches welcome you is the day the Lord leaves. God cannot look upon a sinner, that is why Jesus died on the cross, so they can confess their sins and be cleansed of them so God can look upon them.

God. Made everyone. Now, did he make Homosexuals?

I guess everybody needs to point a finger at someone for what THEY chose to do in life.

Is the "Blame Game", not only Limited to Washington D.C. ?

Good Question.

God never said that satan created homosexuals.

But He did say that homosexuality is a sin.

He also said that Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners. If He can save murderers (Paul was a murderer, by the way) He can certainly save homosexuals.

Of course, God does expect sinners to work to overcome their sin (Paul stopped being a murderer when he met Jesus).

With God's grace, you can be forgiven for your sin. With His love, you can overcome it.

I agree that churchies push their beliefs and their beliefs with no room for anything but their theory, and claim to be open-minded, but if you don't see their interpretation of the "bible" Then your not following God. It is completely Hypocritical, is this what God intended, if you ask a churchie it is the work of Satan.
