War. The word our country, our nation is revolving around. War on terror, War on Poverty, War on Illegal Immigration... War on Drugs.

This war on drugs is self-compounding. If the drug trade was regulated, you end the violence and corruption that the current market breeds. By declaring war, we create massive amounts of violence... and the battleground is on our streets.... lets face it, the users arent the ones who are out shooting each other... its the dealers.. stealing each others business. Civilian casualties by the dozen. Lets end this injustice and invasion of freedom by diplomatically CONTROLLING it. Prohibition is the most Victorian way of dealing with something. In this day and age, we must realize that we must control this situation by regulation and taxation. Put those billions of dollars into our childerens schools, rather than putting them in harms way.
eliminate the massive drug wars in mexico, make the business regulated also potentially cut down on illegal immigratio

ok so im just gonna ask, and i dont mean to pass judgment or offend anyone how you smell is your business and i have a couple pretty good friends that smell most of the time but im really curious ,why dont you take measures to NOT smell, like deoderant or showering after workingout or hard work, or showering daily for that matter, and also does it not bother you that other people smell your B.O. and are grossed out by it? please explain how you can go around smelling bad and not seem to know or care.

I never really had a problem with being dark because at a young age my parents told me the things I may go through because of being this complextion. But since I entered and graduated college, I am really having an issue with this. It seems like I never asked out because of my dark skin and the perception that dark is whack! It seems like I struggle with the simpliest things like finding a job when my grades and skills outweigh alot of my lighter friends but they all have jobs. Even my teachers always seem to have this stigma about the qualities and great futures they see in my friends but no matter how hard I work, they never say they see it in me. I have to ask for things while others get things handed to them. This problem is really getting out of control and I just need to find a way to get rid of it before it turns to self hate! I know you can't be doctor but what some ways that you would handle feeling like an outkast and unpretty all the time,no matter what? Serious ans. only!

What if he was also screaming "You come here!", in German. I just ran, but I've always wondered about what, exactly, he wanted. This was in Germany, in case anyone thinks it's weird that he was screaming in German.

I am doing some research on old treatments in early 1900 sanitariums/ insane asylums. Both abuse, and just the ways they used to treat conditions. I have tried searching the internet and keep coming up with very little information. Location of the place is not an issue. I just need an informational site with old pictures and a very good description about what went on. Maybe I am not using that right key words, who knows.. But some help would be wonderful! I got to thinking about this after watching "what I've Done" by Linkin Park, the music video.
this isnt really a question but maybe u guys can come up with a few answers 2 help me out...

What makes someone, someplace or something better then another?? if every man is equal then why do we strive on being better then someone else?
what makes a white better then a black (nothin)
the only difference between u both is skin pigments
what makes a country better then another?
a few million dollars and a few million people?
what makes the u.s. the good side and everyone else the bad people?
why cant we help our fellow men? why cant we ship food over 2 a starving country? why dont we ship medicine over 2 a sick country?
what makes us think that just because we are humans, we an destroy our only planet (that we will ever have?) or what makes us think we can kill what other eras have created, where other animals live, animals in general, and kill people?

I basically just asked this question but I just need more answers, I'm pretty much going crazy over here.

I met a senior tonight at a play I went to. She was in the play, she's quite the actress. She's graduating in a month and I'm a freshmen. She had a huge impact on me within seconds. She made eye contact with me a few times while she performed and I was transfixed. When she wasn't performing, she was off to the side (the show was improv comedy, very informal)and she oozed confidence. Confidence basically radiated off of her. She's gorgeous, but not your normal 'popular senior'. She's not all that popular, I feel like she doesn't care what anyone thinks, and yet everyone likes her. She seems flawless. Even though I don't know her, I'm terribly upset that she's graduating. We've bumped into each other in the bathrooms and stuff in the past before and I was entranced by her even then and I'm wishing that that'll happen again. What's going on? How can I ease my irrational pain?

We English have no seperate anthem played at sporting events, keep God Save The Queen as the British Anthem. the English have no national costume, no parliment of our own where Scottish MPs vote for English law. I am quite happy for the Scots, Welsh & Irish to keep their identities, only ask for equal rights for us English
