Had to ask a silly question as it seems I'm being blocked - hey ho.

Mr Scept: try and play nice please.

But Mr Scept: You have just proven my point. Anyone who is straight and dares answer a 'gay in your face' question is then attacked. What sort of democracy is this? People should be able to have their beliefs - as people should be able to do bedroom gymnastics with adult partners of their choice - but when I see unfair attacks on certain groups, then I will raise my stick. Yes, it's probably immature of me, but I only do it because I see the victims as being too polite to defend themselves

ollie: I will share this: Once in deep meditation I found myself in a 3d zone of pure golden light. There was no body. but there was a feeling of total peace and understanding.

I suppose it depends on the person seeing Death. I don't think Death is an actual person though, I think its an experience. Like when you die, you go to a place, like your favourite holiday or somewhere that really appealed to you, to make you comfortable, then someone you knew who has died, comes to tell you the news and then gives you options, like do you go back and fix wrongs or go on to some serene place, I don't believe in a Hell.

The 'mind of death'? You're humanising a part of the life cycle, thus making your question a bit silly. Stop reading so much Terry Pratchett.

That's better. A nice gentle question, to calm you down. This preoccupation with death isn't healthy, though.

Try the deep breathing exercises.
