Because men are trying to keep us down. Women still make 70 cents on every dollar that a male makes. It's ridiculous! It's time for women to unite! =0)

because alot of people have a hard time dealing with the reality that woman can be just as independent and capable as a man, it causes insecurity, not just for men but for other women who either cant live up to that or feel that it devalues there lifestyle (like housewife for instance, not to say that isnt a valuable thing just saying they may have a bit of a complex about it when they see some strong independent woman doing what she wants to do with her life. for men it causes insecurity because 1)they now have competition in the workplace and 2) its just that much harder to get and KEEP a "mate" women like that do not NEED a man to get by in life just as a man of the same description doesnt NEED a woman cookin his dinner for him in order to feel complete. the natural course of action when someones status causes you to feel insecure or threatened and you dont want to show that it has that effect on you is to insult there way of living and try to make them look like there doing something wrong or they are somehow not a good respectable person.
