2day whn ma plane is landing on the international airport of mumbai, wht do i c first on coming in the city... SLUMS!!! they hvnt even left the land besides the air port.. wht impression will our country n its biggest commercial city hv on outsiders.. for tht matter in big brothers house was jade goody's remark on shilpa tht we live in slums right? i guess it was on her part.. coz thts wht they get to c...
n i fail to understand, why doesnt the government tk action against it.. no 1 has stopped pple frm coming to mumbai, but why do they encroach on illegal land... why do we normal pple work day n night n slog to pay the rent or die to purchase a flat in ths city.. how simple is it fo these pple to jst migrate n thn capture any land n build hutments...why!! wht r the politicians so naive' bout it.. why r they jst thinking of filling their vote banks.. ma city is by the day bcuming polluted n populated.. the employment opportunities hv been tkn away by these pple... help us!!

Everything feeds on everything else - large birds eat smaller birds and mice. But mice have their place, eating grain and dispersing seeds with their spoor. So every animal either is food to another larger animal or, if it eats grains and seeds, helps these to be distributed and planted elsewhere.
So what one animal has absolutely no use at all on earth, doesn't form part of this?
My own theory is that if you removed humans from the earth then it wouldn't really make much of a difference - the food chain would continue and nature would get into a balance.
Am I right? Or what one species could be removed with minimum impact on nature and the food chain?

I am thinking about going to Cambodia for a month to visit, what advice can you give me to have a pleasant stay. I was in birmingham for 5 days working. I get payed in cash and had to take £350 pounds back with me on the coach. You guessed it. I left the bag on the coach. I've called the company and every number they gave me but no-one is chasing it up no matter how much I call. I've put a lost report on the companies website. I know it's my responsibiltiy, but I feel I should have had more suport on the night I originally called, someone could have checked then? Also, I was the last person off the coach, so either the driver stole it, or he didn't check his coach properly and someone else has! What can i do? Is there nothing? I feel so frustrated, its more than half a months rent! Also, honestly, if you'd found a girls bag, would you steal the money and hand it in, a bit? Or hand it in whole, or would you take the bag?

Just read a question here about a woman stringing along and dating three men. The men don't know this. Two of the men proposed marriage. She does not want to end the relationships as she cares for and is enjoying time with each.

How is it that a person can steal or falisfy documents and they are arrested / go to jail. Yet a person can lie to anothers heart, falseify information, lie, cheat on the heart, string one along letting the other one fall in love with you while stringing along three men (as that woman stated in her question) and not have to face a judge in court for cruelty to anothers heart. Doesn't quite seem fair.

The roads were not all that bad and the lame excuse of children hurting themselves in the snow hardly upholds considering they were out the last two days playing in it all day . Wouldn't it be safer to be in the classroom?
I think education in this country is not taken very seriously if they easily decide to close schools for a very few centimetres of snow.

Do you remember the bombings in the mid and late 90s around South Africa and Cape Town in particular. They were pipe bombs that exploded in St. Elmos - Camps Bay, Planet Hollywood - V&A Waterfront, New York Bagels - Sea Point etc. etc.
