Clearing a path, sitting on a rock, writing things. They were making a way for your great-grandfather, escorting him to heaven with the deeds he had done in his life accompanying him. (Not that deeds save us, but we do get rewards for them.) You'd be amazed how many good things people have done who have never gone to church, and even jerks have made someone's day by something they said, or even just a smile toward a stranger. Your great grandmother was being consoled and encouraged by this vision. I think just as children see things that are what we consider to be supernatural, so do elderly people. Children and the elderly are simple minded and uncluttered with worldly cares. We often exit this life within the same innocent state we entered it. By the way, I've never seen an angel but I've had friends who say they have and their accounts are believable. They all say that angels are men, not women... or at least they appear like men. And they are very tall, strong creatures. 8-12 ft tall.

No she didn't win the Grammy Award. She just like to get and believe that she is the greatest grandma in the world, or that her grandchildren bought it for her to make her feel special.

No, that means she's proud to be a grandmother and not ashamed to show it, some grandmother want to look younger and act younger and their grandchildren don't get the milk and cookies, bedtime story, spending overnight, coloring, making crafts going shopping, grandmother...they get one that pretends they are not even their grandmother and want them to call them by their name instead of letting the children call them grandma, or in my case Granny, and I have 13 all under 9 years old and i thank God for all of them, I've got one spending the night tonight, she when to sleep with me and her doing our every Friday night ritual, when she over, of going to bed and watch old Bug's Bunny cartoons, she 6 and we've been doing that since she was 4 and we laugh at the same things over and over just like we'd never seen it before....it's great , would miss it for the world....
