Is it acceptable to whine or complain about issues if you are not personally, individually involved in some sort of activism? How do you legitimize complaints from your peers? explain.

I just got off the phone for the fourth time with an indian computer servicing representative. The accent and the way they pretend to understand English is enough to drive you over the edge. Why do companies allow these people to represent them? Don't they KNOW how PISSED OFF they make customers?

I know that this sounds racist, and maybe it is, but I know that I'm not the only person that is angry and really put off by customer service representatives who have too much accent and yet pretend to speak English without really undrstanding what's going on. All of the people I spoke to today were in INDIA. Why can't I have an american customer service rep????????????

We all have our dreams and ambitions, but what is yours? What are you plannign to be doing in ten years' time and how are you working towards that now?

I like my accent. It's one that when everybody hears, they automatically know I'm from the South. Did you know that we actually have the closest accent to the one that was the original before our accents were influenced by all the explorers? The Northerners are the ones with the "funny" accents. They've been influenced the most, so they're accent is a greater variation. What do you think of this?

my cousin just arrived in the U.S two weeks ago from India and people ask her the stupidest questions. Isn't India mainly desert? Did you ride an elephant to work? Are there snake charmers and palaces everywhere? WOW! I'm hoping this isn't what the average american thinks. Only the state of Rajasthan has some desert. Elephants are only in rajasthan mainly. Same with palaces and forts...Have americans seen pictures or videos of bangalore,hyderabad, mumbai and new delhi? If not check these..An example of growing India

I am english and i live in scotland.....I have noticed over the last few years a difference in the weather.....When i watch the weather on the news Scotland gets a quick fly by and then it goes backj to england.....Why is this, does scotland not have weather......They are talking about the sever weather in england at the moment , do you not realise that we get weather like that most years, it disrupts schools, roads...We live in the highlands...But why do they ibnsist on leaving us out...We are here.....We do exist....Give me some insight please.........

It may seem trivial to some but many of my love ones tell me that I look great in red. I recall many years ago, that it was not good to wear red to court because it was disrespectful in some way.

I am suppose to wake up at 6 to get to work by 7am... but for the most part I snooze till 6:30-6:45...hehehe. HEY I HAVE LONG DAYS!! I work from 7am-3:30PM and then second job starts at 4:30PM-9PM.
