Is it acceptable to whine or complain about issues if you are not personally, individually involved in some sort of activism? How do you legitimize complaints from your peers? explain.

Of course you can as long as you vote. I think it is unconscionable to complain about the world if you have not pulled that lever. I do work on one issue globally, and one locally, but I have opinions about alot of other issues, and I think complaints spark ideas, conversation, and may help identify some solutions.

All in all, it is much easier to complain about something than it is to take any action. Often, we expect others to take action even when an issue directly affects us individually. Everyone does this to some extent; but it doesn't always make it right, though!

Because your common sense comes in to play and you don't have to be in the middle of a crisis to know that it's a bad idea. Being on the outside gives you a better perspective and usually means you are more objective.
