I just got off the phone for the fourth time with an indian computer servicing representative. The accent and the way they pretend to understand English is enough to drive you over the edge. Why do companies allow these people to represent them? Don't they KNOW how PISSED OFF they make customers?
I know that this sounds racist, and maybe it is, but I know that I'm not the only person that is angry and really put off by customer service representatives who have too much accent and yet pretend to speak English without really undrstanding what's going on. All of the people I spoke to today were in INDIA. Why can't I have an american customer service rep????????????
