I just got off the phone for the fourth time with an indian computer servicing representative. The accent and the way they pretend to understand English is enough to drive you over the edge. Why do companies allow these people to represent them? Don't they KNOW how PISSED OFF they make customers?

I know that this sounds racist, and maybe it is, but I know that I'm not the only person that is angry and really put off by customer service representatives who have too much accent and yet pretend to speak English without really undrstanding what's going on. All of the people I spoke to today were in INDIA. Why can't I have an american customer service rep????????????

yes, you do come off as being racist...lol.. you might have wanted to say.. why do the people who work in consumer relations seam that English isnt their primary language.

but yes i can understand what you are saying.. when i talk to someone who is subpost to help me it would be nice if their fist language is English.

you should hate the actual shown actuality that you're so susceptible that different ppl's opinion have made you hate your self. i do not comprehend that a lot about Indian lifestyle although the lil i comprehend i come upon to be interesting. You men are also too hung up on complexion/dermis tone. that would not make sure what makes someone beautiful or not. it is your facial good factors that do. i wish in some unspecified time sooner or later you stumble on peace with your self.
