I think tax refunds should be given to anyone that works and isn't richer than they really need to be. If the midget works, let him eat cake.

Ur question really doesn`t deserve a real answer, but if they work and overpaid their taxes, then they should get a refund the same as every other taxpayer. What would make them any different in this respect?
