I am positive most people in New York don't abuse themselves .
Sounds like this guy likes the fetish side of sexual pleasure. A broom handle though why doesn't he just buy himself an anal vibrator .
Your questions you have asked previously seem to have an American theme about them . Why ?
Nope , I am English before you ask just wondering if you have a dislike for American people.

No. LOL. I have blinds on all my windows, anyway. I hate curtains! I've washed my dog in the tub with a terry cloth, though. He appreciates the shower knob. But if I used a broom handle he might think we're going to play fetch and jump out of the tub.

I believe this is what's called multi tasking. My friend used to do this but also devised what he called dustpan shoes, which were just normal shoes but will small openings in the heels to collect the dust and fluff that the broom collected.
This he did whilst at the same time hanging a mop head from his dangler.

The answer is complicated. You may need to consult your dog and check whether it's paws are greasy
