Talk to the American Cancer Society. They will tell you how to get help for her pain. Also check with the University Hospitals in your area for help. They take all patients no matter what the insurance.

Being the care giver/spouse of a terminally ill person is the most stressful thing you will go through in your life. It sounds like you could really use a break. I know how hard it is to watch someone you love suffer and die. Is there a hospice in your area ask the hospital they will know. They offer care for pain management and respite care so you don't have to go through this alone.

So basically you want her to die? Dont feed her, remove her IVs.
I mean just feed her water or some liquid, she'll die in weeks time.
