Some years ago, in a small town, it was decided to remove the banner, proclaiming, Merry Christmas, so as not to offend the non Christians!
Many of these non Christians had it re-instated, saying that this "Liberal" attitude was causing more harm than good.

why is it that we americans are viewed as not having any culture? we have our own ways but still other countries frown when we try to "minggle" in their practices. E.g the French are disgusted when we kinda mispronounce their words..Hey at least we try. are we that bad that different cultures have different practices except us?asians, euros etc? do we reallycome out rude and uncultured to other countries?

In terms of food, music, religion, fassion, etc. Do you all Asians have it all in common and the same? I asked this, because every Asian I see, regardless of what country they from look a like, dress the same, and "act" the same. It is like one country divided.

I have seen more westerners who make fun of people real in front of them, they don't even know the basic of human rights, for them it is their right to do whatever they want, but they dont know that their right should not affect others!!In Asia people respect other feelings!I think they are more civilized!
