OK guys and girls, let's hear what you think about this:

Can a man EVER wear a plain white vest, providing he has the right physique, or does he just look like he's trying to pull off a Die Hard-era Bruce Willis look? I'm talking not absolutely skin tight by the way! thanks!

I keep hearing confllicting reports that we're supposed to stop smoking, be less stressed, eat healthier foods, exercise more and try to find solutions to solve racial and religeous conflicts.

On the other hand, I'm hearing reports that the planet is over-crowded, there's not enough food to support the population, natural oil is running out and there aren't enough jobs to go around.

So, do we want a peaceful, healthy, overcrowded planet or a decandent, religiously and racially disharmonious planet where there's enough food, resources, money, jobs and space for everyone.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't these mutually exclusive goals?

I was just wondering if the best way to forge ahead with medical advancement would to to test/ experiement on live human samples as opposed to worrying about medical 'ethics'. Whilst I know this is morally wrong I was watching a program about Mengele last night and I was wondering if the same approach might work these days, if the scientists were particularly detached and took on a 'it's for the good of all mankind' attitude.

Would this be the best way for the advancement of medical science, disregarding ethics?

Thanks!

Okay, so here's the deal. For the past two days there are these kids (well this one particular kid) who likes to ride his bike up the driveway and start barking like a dog. He does this so then my dog starts barking, and since school hasn't started for me yet, sometimes he'll do it while I'm still sleeping, and it's really annoying. I know their just kids, so the first time he did it I jiggled the door handle which freaked him out and he road off. But then they came back today! I kinda enjoyed freaking him out and all, but I don't wanna do it every day, and I'd rather just have him stop altogether. Help please!

Hey all, I was hoping to get a few answers from people who had successfully given up smoking.

I quit about a fortnight ago, having smoked 10 a day for the last 6 or so years. At the moment I am past getting cravings except for after a large meal (when I usually had a much-needed smoke) and on my tea break at work (when I just have time to kill).

I was just wondering if this is normal, and what I'm likely to go through next? I realise everyone is different but I'd like to hear from you...do you every really get over the day-to-day craving? I realise it's only been a fortnight but I think I'm doing OK so far!

Thanks!

he's semeingly very good, I've had friends who went and they have some back with some quite scarey stories, he's said things that only they could know. I'm still quite sceptical though, what is your opinion on fortune tellers?

Have you been able to give answers that helped you feel better?made you cry when you got "real" with your answer? Made you stand up for /or against an issue you may not feel comfortable speaking on to people in your life for fear of judgement?Do you feel good inside when you give honest answers you hope will really help someone?(I've felt all of the above)

An American friend has recommended that I hike this trail before visiting him next year as I am a fledgling outdoorsman wanting to sample the delights of the wilder parts of the US. He has told me that, should I wish to pack a sports rifle, I might encounter difficulties being basically a tourist. Anyone able to offer any help as to how and where I'd get one once in the USA? (I am a keen sportsman back in the UK and have several rifles of my own, but would rather get one once in the USA if this is at all possible)

Thanks!
