he's semeingly very good, I've had friends who went and they have some back with some quite scarey stories, he's said things that only they could know. I'm still quite sceptical though, what is your opinion on fortune tellers?

Just to elaborate, I have perfectly happy with my life right now. I have a nice home, a good man and no money worries. I am purley going as a matter of interest and am certainly not going to use this as a chance to "put my life in order".

I'm not a skeptic. I come from a family of "sensitives" and the average of hits far surpasses the misses. I went to one once, and she was very accurate, and I consciously gave her no hints or help. Go with an open mind. Enjoy the experience.

Shall I tell you what I honestly think without offending you, when I was your age I was off to every fortune teller in the county just in case they might be able to tell me if I was going to meet the love of my life, if I was going to get a better job, if was going to have kids and live happily ever after, was any situation I was in at the time going to have a positive outcome or a bad outcome and was I going to live till I was a 100, I usually went when I felt things were going wrong and always hoped for a miracle to be in my reading, OK it was a bit of fun, I can see that now but you know if things aren't how you want them to be in your life right now, no fortune telling is going to change that for you, your the only one who can do something about it, your in control of your own destiny and your fated path in life and its just up to you to choose the right path and you will do in time, if your just going for a bit of fun and not going to live your life through the reading from the fortune teller then go ahead and have a bit of fun, don't take it too seriously or you will end up been disappointed, I guess you want a good life, a good man, a lovely house and children, no debts and no worries, you will have them all if you just follow the right path, good luck and hope I haven't offended you.

If you are very fortunate he will be a fake.
Fakes are often very skilled at reading people. They can look at your appearance, watch your body language, listen to your voice - both accent and tone, and they listen both to what you say and what you leave unsaid.
Real ones work in conjunction with a spiritual entity, call it demon, spirit of the dead, spirit guide, the name does not matter. The fortune teller is not the one in control here. The entity's goal is to put you in a situation where you will not make a decision for yourself, but will depend on it's guidance through the fortune teller.

Load of old cobblers. The just generalise and you read stuff into it. I think Derren Brown did a show based around it and said the same thing to 10 people and they where all saying he was 90-95% accurate and they all thought it had been written for them personally. If you've got nothing better to do with your money go ahead

I wouldn't bother, I've already looked at your future and you're going to have a rubbish evening and the fortune teller will fiddle with himself under the table in the dark...probably

They are ALL cons.
Some are sad lonely old people who really believe.
There is very little you could know about the future, without getting enormous benefit from the knowledge. Strange how all fortune tellers are destitute.

Go for it girl - what have you got to lose?! I've had various experiences with tarot readings, horoscopes, palmistry and tea-leave and it's always a laugh if nothing else. Who knows though, you may even learn something interesting! Write it all down when you get home though so you can check it out in months/years time.

I think there are a few genuine ones but the bad ones who rip you off give them bad press. Go with an open mind as this can spoil it and block them being able to pick up stuff.

Is society living in cloud cuckoo land?!
He uses something called "cold reading", it's not a mystery and it's not a secret how it works. If you google it you'll learn the basics within an hour. It's a technique which is as old as con-artists themselves.
I can't understand how we live in supposed "enlightened" age, and people still believe in fortune telling.
