All accents are annoying EXCEPT British accent!!! Oh boy English have the greatest and more lovely accent ever!!!

The state of stupidity. When people speak from ignorance it's like nails on a blackboard to me. I know you meant what regional accent but I never really minded any regional accent.

Boston or Bahstin! I had a boss with that accent. He was always talking about how we get rid of low class people by sending them off to war and use them as cannon fodder, made me sick. A real Hahvid Ahsil.

Depends what one considers to be annoying.
I love the Southern drawl and the New England accent, but someone else might dislike them. So it will be interest to see how it pans out.
