At the dawn of the 21st century, the world constantly engages in the struggle for definition and transformation. On one hand are the forces keeping civilizations and communities separate from one another, and on the other hand are the forces seeking international integration of countries, peoples, resources, and technologies.

Using your knowledge of the past, as well as current events and specific proofs, in which direction is the world headed?

I am not too sure where to place this question.

I just recently discovered that I might able to have goverment assistance (SSI, SSDI, housing, etc.) for a mental disability. How do I apply so I could go to college, be on my own and get back in the work force?

Isn't the prison system a continuation of slavory? The first thing that happens is that the person's right to vote is taken away. What does that have to do with the crime; but only to prevent the poor slaves from voting one of their own into office who will really free them from poverty and the grips of their oppressors. Then they are lettterally put to salve; if it were not they would come out better prepared financially and accademacally so as not to return.

There are crimes and punishments that are appropriate. Why don't we lintch the rulers for their atrocious crimes against humanity? Because that is not in their law. I'm sure the majority feels we should; but some how, now the majority should't rule. How convenient! When was it that the poor had an equal chance at justice or anything?

So you judge now; is prison a form of slavory and needs to be changed into true reform?

Dont forget use your individual spirit to answer, not your preset influences or perswations.

trying to say?

It's usually....

Someone whose primary language isn't English
A less-than-savory character who speaks incoherently
A soft-spoken person

And then they get upset with YOU for not being able to comprehend whatever they're trying to say/ask.
