Because we are basically still primitive people n that aspect. We do not consider or understand each other. Everyone sees only out of their own eyes and does not acknowledge the fact that other people will think differently all the time. You and me might think, believe and do things differently, but we do not have to hate each other. Many people believe that if you think differen then something must be wrong with you. Everyone sees the world they want to see, instead of seeing the world for what it is. I'll give you a simple example, i like pasta and you dont. Should I kill you over it or understand that you have different tastes and needs. Even a thug or thief will rob you and not realize that you worked hard for what you have, they will only see their needs and their wants. It may sound so very simple but in reality knowing and understanding what love and consideration is are two different things. Many people can say they know what love is, but once you truly embrace it it takes a whole new meaning. The essence of the word makes a clear understanding of it. If many people knew that, there would be a lot less hatred in the world.

First in order to properly answer that question, what constitues hatred, and what constitutes a 'world' there actually two different 'worlds' to put it simply rich, and poor. Hatred is generated because life isn't fair, no matter how much you try to make it, or others do. This is where power comes from. For example, it easy to transfer between--Im getting off subject. There is so much hatred in the world because to put it simply the world is unfair, and humans are the greediest animals alive.

Jealousy, greed, miss understandings, religion, culture and creed just some reasons. We have a world we are destroying and governments don't care. We have people starving , children dying only weeks old yet there is enough to go around. Wouldn't you feel hatred if your child died through lack of food or clean water and basic medicine. If your mother died as a result of a Hezbollah rocket or an Israeli bomb would you not feel hatred. We all have it in us to love and to hate.

I think it's because the parents do not discipline their children when they are young. Then when they grow up they become hateful and disrespectful to others. This has been going on for dozens of years. Even teachers and principals at schools can't deal with disruptive and abusive students without losing their jobs. Then there are countries that have never known anything but war and hatred toward others.

Probably because people are greedy and materialistic (not all I know). It creates jealousy and envy. Also there is conflict among the different religions which creates war and from all this hatred emerges. It is so sad that it is so. If we could all try to love one another what a wonderful world it would be. Ahh well.....

Hatred comes rom people who have been abused or bullied or treated unfairly or having seen others be abused or mistreated by a group... Thats the rationsl side of it...
the irrational side is the regliously brianwashed who dont think rationally for themselves but think how they are told to whatever that involves.

Because I think alot of people don't understand that the only reason we are here is to love. Without that basic understanding, it's very likely for someone to view life with a sense of mistrust and uncertainty, rather than with an open, trusting heart.
Even WITH that basic understanding, when you see or learn of evils against others, it's difficult not to respond in fear, with a sense that you must then guard your possessions and loved ones from destruction. To add to that mix, because it's not easy not to feed into the chaos we see around us, we begin to try to find blame for the problem. We usually try to place the blame on those with opposing viewpoints and beliefs, or those we seek to show as inferior to us. At that point, war is not usually far off. What is war? Man's attempt to destroy himself.
That's why it bothers me so much to see comments about racism and/or other forms on hatred on this site. Spreading hate is the very opposite of the reason we were all created. It has destroyed the lives of millions and millions of people. As a people, it greatly lessens the quality of life we could all be experiencing without it.
People, both as individuals and as "organizations" will always provide all kinds of rationalizations for their hate-based beliefs. It's always someone elses fault. But, no one is perfect. Rather than react to our imperfections with hatred, if we reacted instead with a sense of forgiveness and a collective "...how do we fix this problem?", the world would be a much better place.
When people come to the site and post vile, hate-based postings, it hurts not only the poster, but all of us. It serves as one of the reasons we barricade ourselves in our homes at night, and, particularly as women, wouldn't even consider taking a walk alone at night. Fearing for our safety, we attempt to completely avoid areas with high-crime reputations. The city I live in has a reputation for having very, very low crime, but, even here, I take almost the same precautions I would take if I lived in an area with high crime.
When hatred is spewing out of people's mouths, it hurts all of us.

Indeed. Mostly from people with too much time on their hands, no real friends and a deep rooted hatred of themselves. Just report the scumbags.
