well thats how slavery was intraduced. the blacks from africa was selling thier own kind to europeans then it was intraduced to north americans by europe thats when north americans started to buy them, so really it wasnt white peoples fault but it is wrong to treat people like that even if thier own kind did. i would say no people buy girls for prostitution people kid nap kids to sell them so anything is possible

Spain and England imported most slaves to North and South America, also to the Indies and other islands in the Caribbean. However, citizens of certain African countries did help to gather them up and get them on the boats. For a price, of course. Here in the US some blacks could buy their freedom and some were even wealthy enough to own slaves themselves. Every nationality, creed, race and religion has been enslaved at one time or another. Slavery still goes on today in the world, we just don't hear too much about it.

There were some Africans that sold other Africans into the slave trade. But the bulk of slaves were stolen away from their native land by the American slavetraders. The slave trade is not the same in comparison to the past. most people sold into slavery are sold into marriages or as sex slaves, but Africa is not the only place where this practice is common in present time.

they have been propagandized with the help of supremacists because start plus colleges hardly conceal history intimately. history is rather clean that the African slave commerce has been happening because a minimum of Egyptian cases and the classic results of dropping a tribal conflict there became into slavery. It in basic terms does not have the political cost to state that the main modern-day wave that delivered their ancestors to the recent international became into the outcomes of tribal conflict and an far extra than slaves there which the Arabs offered up and purchased to the Europeans.

I wouldn't say they were "behind it" as they didn't set the system up, nor did they profit from it the most.
Africans often captured people and turned them over to the slavers.
The business doesn't currently exist in the same form. But there still is such a thing as slavery, although it's illegal.
Africans are not the only slavers.

well not just the africans.. remember slavery exists today.. and it's not just the blacks who were / are slaves.
slave is a yugoslavic word anyways.. slavery is also a white thing as in ... white slave. (slavic) i don't remember all my history, knowlege..
in short there's more caucasian slaves than black.
and in africa.. of course slaves were sold by blacks.. duh!
and not all who purchased them were white either...
so don't let that myth work you over.
in africa yes.. it's still a big time thing.. like with most countries that is.
hey.. cheap labor man... what else do you expect?
