I clicked the link and found a long ugly screed that was so offensive I neglected to look for the quote you give. Compared to the "question" this is quite benign.
OK, I'm calmer now.
What do you want people to say? The writer of the quote is basing their opinion on nothing.

OMG...I can't believe somebody would actually say that about the American culture. We are one of the most advanced nations in this world that we live in....one of the richest nations.

To each his own, but I think he needs to learn to keep it to himself since he obviously doesn't have much sense, can't spell, is prob'ly ugly, and has no self-respect (since he can't respect others he most certainly doesn't that.)
Sounds to me like it's just someone that can't get a girl and wanted to vent his frustrations.
