Have you been able to give answers that helped you feel better?made you cry when you got "real" with your answer? Made you stand up for /or against an issue you may not feel comfortable speaking on to people in your life for fear of judgement?Do you feel good inside when you give honest answers you hope will really help someone?(I've felt all of the above)

Yes, very much so. I can get away and 'discuss' deeper issues here. Theology, philosophy, psychology, politics, dating, space and science. It's so nice to have a place to think about and ask about deeper issues. I don't get that at home and I need this forum to feed my need.

I haven't found answering questions to be theraputic, but it does make me feel good when I give a quality answer that actually ends up helping someone.

I have found that asking questions can be theraputic. Composing a question about a problem makes you really examine the problem and helps you express your feelings about it.
Reading the answers to your question makes you think about your problem in ways you might not have before.

Some have but here of late the questions have become more dumb and dumber. Too many people play games on Yahoo! Answers. You asked a very good question and I hope you get better answers than the one I gave you.

Yes, it is a release of sorts, a vent. I always feel better after I do Q&A , it helps me think about a lot of different things, and helps me grow into a more well rounded person.

No but reading some of the questions posted and funny replies made me laugh. Also, reading the replies of uptight Xtians, muslims (or whatever religion and aethists) defending their views and bashing other religions are funny too :p

indeed it does. it is a new learning curve for me.

that someone out there else also faces similar problems, similar doubts.

and to accept that there are many types of people in this vast world.

most of all, it brings back memories that have long vanished at the back of my mind ♥

Yes, sometimes. I like to think that maybe I've helped someone or gave someone else a laugh. It's been fun for me, too.
