what to you is the most awesome moment in history? could be anything... berlin wall coming down...beatles first performance in the states? the break up of paris hilton and nicole ritchie? anything..mine personally would be steve prefontaine and the invention of NIKE..to the guys, you might understand this.

Agree with Evanlah but you ask for general history so i would say, to me anyway ... The first concert in the then USSR it seemed so weird and incredible at the time that they could go and sing as they did in such a closed place you know!

I am waiting on that,it will be when a new president is elected in 2008.And the past was when the Hubble was launched and has shown us all the magnificent things in the universe,and all the usual,exciting events.

I like this question! From ancient times I like it when Jesus came. From recently I like it when my suicide attempt didn't take and my eyes were opened. Life is good!
On a softer side, I remember when Michael Jackson's "Thriller" video came out. I must have watched it every time it aired for weeks. My dad & I would try to do the dancing. I loved him when he was darker.

When the Lord gave his life on the cross to pay for the sins we would have had to pay for ourselves. He also defeated death for us. What an awesome savior.
