My mother never liked having pets, so we never had any at home. I want to have one when I live on my own, or when I get married. I want a dog but I want to know how to give him the best care possible and attention and love. Do you have any advice?

In my commuinty the local paper ran an article on a church who hired a known sex offender to work as a janitor . Isn't this taking forgiveness to a new extreme!?! Do you think people like this can ever really change?
This has been a HUGE deal in my commuinity ( as I believe it should be!) and many have left the church due to this choice to hire on a pedophile.

am so tired of people perpetuating negative stereotypes of the ghetto... Why do we pretend like we like living in the "hood"... I said this to some friends over the weekend and they argued with me. Can you believe that? They fought with me because I said I hate the ghetto and that when God gets me out of here... I'll go to church every Sunday just for that blessing alone! :)...They get offended because I know how to talk to people... They say I think I'm "white" cause I've broaden myself to other things. We cant keep holding each other down... I know I'm black! I wash my black behind everyday and look at my round black face in the mirror in the morning. Im American! The Japanese girls in my area are like the Asian version of real-life Barbies! Skinny, brownish hair, heavy makeup, with clothes that are kind of ticky tacky. They all look the same.

Before you call me a racist, I'd like to tell you that I'm Asian. I'm an ethnicist, maybe, but certainly not a racist.

Why is it that someone who sells dope to people that come to them for a high get more time in prison than someone whos goes around molesting little children? Sometimes I think that we Americans have allowed our country to go to crap! I am so sick that you cant even let your child ride his/her bike in their own neigborhoods without being fearful that someone is gonna rip thier childhood from them. I dont have any kids but I promise If I ever ever met one male or female that abused kids... I would really give them something to think about...

Maybe you ladies out there should think twice before dumping your man because he wear that kind of underwear. He could be wearing them for a reason. Maybe he finds them more comfortable.

I think it's very shallow to dump a guy because of his coice of underwear.
