Is it part of Colombian culture to eat the head of the chickens with their eyes, and the legs of cows with cheese boiled?

Is this part of witchcraft, or part of their culture?

i just came back from cali and i can tell you they eat it all. duck eggs fish heads heads of chickens. legs of cows and even a popular dish called sancocho with the toughest poultry meat you will ever eat. i dont know if what youre talking about is witchcraft or not but they definitely eat some strange foods. by the way witchcraft is very common down there also.

Not witchcraft! Probably cultural. My puerto rican boyfirends family eats the whole pig and I do mean the whole pig. That is just because thats what they eat. I cant see taking my fork and sticking it into a pigs head to have a bite...YUCK!!! Not for me thanks.
