i dont think you can just give a flat answer, but im american and dont want to live anywhere else, even though we are far from perfect.

Singapore. It's because the government here has done a lot of things for its citizen. It is one of the world cleanest politics, one of the cleanest cities in the world, health care benefits for its citizen is also very systematic and the country is also very safe in any sense.
Singapore is a all year summer country, so the country's weather is constant. Singapore has also few natural disaster, compared to other countries in the world. It's also very cosmopolitan and people here are multiracial, multi-religion and multiculture. Peace and Prosperity abound in Singapore.

jazzame - I've been wondering the same thing. I'd love to move to another country but I haven't the money and I don't know much about the smaller countries. I was thinking about Sweden, Finland, Ireland. They have beautiful land and are small enough that I don't think they have much problems like US and China and Russia. I'm keeping my eye on the answers posted here.

if i have to choose one, i'd go for Spain.
not only is a country in which people have good standards of living, freedom, and strong voice, as also it has been stable and contributed a lot to the EU and international affairs.
